recently my facebook got hacked, so i needed to get my password back, to do this i need my OLD hotmail account. but another complication the old hotmail account password also got changed before. this old hotmail account was set up in 2006. i was around
12. it is impossible to remember the details i put into this account? hence failure the security question, and questionnaire afterwards. i'm in a fierce bad way and really need some help. i have tried live chat and even rang up microsoft but noone will help.

My Hotmail account has been blocked..I filled in the questionnaire,and got an answer from the automated service,that I did not supply enough information to unblock it..I tried again giving more info,and it told me I had tried too many times.Please help

Thank you for our answer. I actually tried all the solutions you mentioned for me in your answer but I failed to get access to reset my password for my email account. I wondered why they didn't answer me when I sent the verification questionnaire, they
did it before for another account they send immediately within 24 hours the link and it worked, and I changed the password.

Email signin is blocked. Have tried password reset, account recovery and read through forum entries. Have completed questionnaire multiple times in past few days, but no validation from Microsoft. Looking for ideas that will work. @live.com is primary
