Unable to Add new contact to hotmail contacts from phone. When new contact created only space for name and surname but nothing for mobile number or other numbers.
I am again getting e-mails supposedly from Microsoft threatening to close my e-mail account if I don't provide my name, username, password, date of birth, and country within 72 hours. I have seen this before several times. I think it is bogus. Is this
for real, or am I right? Anyone else get these?
I would like the ability to prevent a meeting invite from being immediately deleted (i.e., moved to the trash) upon reply.
How do I suggest this to Microsoft? I'm stuck in what looks like a community forum—not a features request space.

I asked about ungrouping e-mails by conversation, which microsoft apparently automatically did to my hotmail when they forced me to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8:

Hi,
It is possible that your Conversation threading feature is enable. Please be informed that in Conversation Threading, it’s easier to find the email you’re looking for by customizing your Hotmail inbox view. Just group together messages based on conversation, date, subject, and size.
When you sort by conversation, you can find multiple messages from different people on the same subject. That way you can view them all together and not miss an important response.
If you want to disable this feature, please refer to the steps below.
1. Login to your Hotmail Inbox.
2. Click Gear Icon - More mail settings
3. Under Reading email, choose Group by conversation and pre-loaded messages
4. Under Conversation settings, Click button beside Show messages individually to disable conversation setting.
5. Click Save.

Can I retrieve an email sent in error? I could do this with Microsoft Outlook but can't find how to do it in Mac Outlook. Please advise if so, how.

Message that the account does not exist concerns me. I have a great deal of information stored here that I would like access to. Please help!.
I have tried to contact msn & hotmail a number of times over the last month - have done everything step by step - but this is not giving me the correct information to access my account. I can not even get may email account recognized as existing.
