Regarding Mac Outlook 2011:     When I receive a web link via email to a web site (usually in blue underlined) Outlook does not allow me to click on it and go there.  Is there a setting that I missed to allow this?

Please be detailed in explanation.    Thanks

Hi,

I'm facing some problem in importing pst file into Mac Outlook 2011.

I need to migrate from Windows Outlook 2010 to Mac Outlook 2011.

I export my email into a pst file from my Windows Outlook 2010 and import into Mac Outlook 2011.

Everything is working smoothly but import I realise that all my imported folder are empty.

Please assist me, thank you in advance.

Hello

I am a delegate for several people, and have just switched from Windows to a Mac Outlook.

I have around five inboxes and calendars that I need to regularly check and manage. The issue is that my outlook is constantly trying to check all of the inboxes, and there is a quite a delay on receiving and sending emails.

I also am getting error messages when sending calendar invites on behalf of these people, and then the invites / acceptations are getting stuck in my outbox.

This has also happened to another member of staff who has the same requirements. We have spoken to our IT support team, and believe that it could be that Mac Outlook isn't quick enough to check these emails all the time?

What would anyone advise - is there another program for Mac that allows me to have multiple inboxes and calendars?

Until yesterday my Outlook for Mac 2011 account worked perfectly.  I have email that automatically syncs from GoDaddy and have had it set up this way for 4 years.

Now, my Outlook Sent Items folder has stopped syncing with my IMAP account and for 24 hrs now has said it's trying to upload 737 items but never does?  So, in other words, I cannot access these emails.  I also looked at my GoDaddy webmail and they are not there either.

I also tried calling GoDaddy to restore emails back a couple days to see if that would work, but nothing.

This is so bizarre.  I am really hoping someone can help me.

Anything?

Thank you.

Trina

I have an exchange mailbox that I use at work, which syncs with iPhone, iPad and Mac for 8 months without any issues at all. Today at 1252pm outlook just froze on my Mac and won't sync or do anything. My iPhone and iPad are fine and work, my online exchange is fine and works just outlook from my mac! Other users here have same system, accept instead of mac that have a windows based laptops, they are all working correctly. The issue is only from Mac Outlook, please help/advise.

PS, i have rebooted numerous times, there is no mail in the outbox this has been deleted, I've ton offline and back on line, quit and restarted.

Outlook itself is stuck showing 'determining changes'

Every time I click on an active link within an email I get this message: No associated application could be found.
Any ideas?

Environment:  Exchange Server, 4 Windows Outlook, 1 Mac Outlook 2011.

In one user's mailbox I've created a new contacts folder called "Company Name - Contacts".  Shared it successfully to the Windows/Outlook users.

The Mac/Outlook 2011(14.3.9) user received the share invitation email, which appears non-functional.  Is that correct?  Share invitations simply don't work on Outlook 2011?

The Mac/OL2011 user can go File - Open and select the other user's Inbox, Address Book or Calendar.  No apparent way to open other folders.

Is what I'm trying to do impossible with the Mac/Outlook 2011 client..?

Thanks!

I run Mac Outlook 2011 on Mac OSX 10.9.1 (but also on 10.8.5 has this same issue).  How do I select multiple calendar appointments to copy/paste multiple appointments into the same calendar but on a different day/week?  No combination of Shift/Fn/Ctrl/Cmd/Opt + click will not allow me to highlight multiple appointments.  I know I can copy/paste a single appointment using Alt + Drag-n-drop to a new time, but I need to do this for multiple appointments to fill out my whole week.

This is so simple to do on a Windows Outlook install :(

I am running Outlook 2011, and recently when I go to sync my mail, it pulls in ALL messages every time. How do I reset it to only sync new messages? It even pulled in deleted messages. Thanks!
Is it possible and if it is where can I find a guide to setting up Mac Outlook 2011 so that I can access the Calendar & Contacts? Currently I have my Mac setup to use iMap as I'm unable to find a Hotmail connector for the Mac is there a solution for this?

Currently I have my iPad's, iPhone's, Nokia Windows Mobile and Windows Outlook all working perfectly but struggling with Mac connectivity settings.

Thanks
