Hi there, please help me to recover my e.mail account, first my account was blocked and some "FM" helped me and said to reset my password, i did with the option "send the reset link to alternate e.mail"but its no use, its been 2 weeks and i get nothing, i can go through the secret question or customer support, bc i don't remember my secret question or the information i submit at time of account creations as its been so long to creat this account, if somebody can help me i'll be so thankfull. my impacted hotmail account is {Removed PII}. and my alternate e.mail address is {Removed PII}. , i'll be appriciate for any help . When opening windows live email it wouldn't open. I was also unable to open any other programme till I could close windows live mail, andf when I did close it the information posted below came up. The same also occurred when trying to open Widows live photo gallery, but I am not sure if the same error message came up.. The only thing I had done prior to the problem occurring was to delay some more programmes on starup in Nortons.

Was previously having e mails forwarded to my new hotmail account and now wish to stop this, cannot work how to do it . Anyone know how?
All my region and time settings are right, but the time on recieved e-mails are an hour out. What's up?

Fairly recently I purchased Office for Mac for my MacBook Air. I did not get Outlook at the time because I was using the mail program that came on my Mac. Now I'm interested in adding just Outlook, but all I find is pricing & downloads for the entire
Office suite. I cannot find any pricing or information anywhere (or an email or phone number to call... arrrgghh!) to ask if it's possible to just get Outlook.
We have a user whose main identity database is corrupt, and the database utility just hangs with no progress, even left running overnight.
The disc itself checked out clean, but it appears the identity is beyond repair.
Is there any way to salvage some of the mail stored locally in that identity?
We use Exchange, but have pretty strict size limits, resulting in most folks saving mail locally.
There was a recent Time Machine backup (though I'm not sure if that database is corrupt), but we're getting a "you don't have access" error when I try to restore it, so I can't test it.
