I can't recover a hacked hotmail account, I've filled in the form many times and it just gives me the same automated response each time saying can't verify ownership. I then went to customer support and guess what! they told me to fill in another form. They give you the same generic replies too, it's so annoying!

why is it impossible to recover an email account? why is the support so useless? you just get sent around in a loop. my yahoo account got compromised a while back and all I had to do was go on a live chat with support, verify my identity and boom, got my account in no more than 10-15mins.

not the several days of submitting the same info over and over and told it's wrong by a generic email, don't you guys keep stuff on record? oh wait, you can't say because of the privacy rubbish.

what's the point of a recovery system that doesn't recover anything?

I use my Hotmail email account for all the work I do from home. Recently all my folders along with my emails disappeared along with emails that are to be provided as evidence in a court case. Furthermore I am not receiving new emails e.g. purchase confirmation from Amazon, friends, receipts sent from purchases and Trade Me. Please advise who can assist me with this. This is extremely urgent. I am an older user and am not confident in using computers. Also Hotmail does not appear in the drop down list below.

when am opening my account in my mobile it is showing a message-"Your account is suspended due to content that may be in violation to our TOU.Contact customer support and if eligible of reinstatement,your account will be re-open for 48 hrs so you can remove violating content".

So how can i contact customer support or what else i do to check my account content else then violating one if reinstatement is not allowed.

Reactivating my Windows Live Hotmail Plus

My account was deactivated. I have updated the billing information. And was told to contact customer support to have it reinstated.
However every attempt to contact customer service through the website leads me to these forums.

Am having trouble reactivating my Hotmail Plus service. Our card was declined due to an inaccurate profile address. The instructions say to "contact customer support", but the only option offered is via this forum. Meanwhile, emails sent to this address and to our other one may be getting lost. Please help!

IT IS AN EMERGENCY NEED MY OLD EMAILS.

I have spent hours reading forums....talking to customer support ........ live chat and telephone calls !!!!!

I have tried everything advised to retrieve all my missing emails (3 years worth) and NO ANSWERS !!!!

I have escalated a complaint and still no answers !!!!

Please Please can somebody Help ??????

I did not delete them.....I did not move them .......I did not leave my account inactive ......I was upgraded to OUTLOOK by Microsoft and

How do I get my Microsoft account unblocked?

I attempted to sign into my Microsoft account two days ago. I was then lead to a new link saying, "Your account has been Temporarily Blocked." "Here is what you need to do, contact customer support and we will ask you a few questions to verify your account." Below that message is a "Continue" button. There is nothing else that tells me what to do.

*Note*: I have full access to my affected email account. And every time i try to log in or go to a Microsoft owned website while logged into the affected account it shows me the same "Temporarily Blocked" message.

Here is a list of what i have done to unblocked my account:

- Reset my password (about 4 or 5 times)

- I have Updated my security to the affected account using an alternate account.

- Filled out 2 questionnaires

- Contacted costumer support (Costumer support told me to post on the forums.)

- Posted on the forums 3 time

- I have put in 7 or 8 verification codes

More Info.:

- I have full access to the affected email address and i have received emails saying, "Right on! The information you submitted for your affected account has been verified. click this link to reset your password." When i do reset my password and then sign in with my affected Microsoft account i once again get the "Temporarily Blocked" message.

- Customer support tried to access my account and even they were blocked out.

If there is anything i am not doing right, or i have yet to do please reply. Cause really all i want to do is to add more security to my account so i can use Xbox Live again.

What can I do to unblock my Microsoft Account

So it started when I went onto my Xbox and tried to sign-in to my Xbox Live, a message showed up saying i must Add Security or Update My Account Security. When i do this I get the 8015D000 Error message and tells me to try again later. I get onto my computer and i ATTEMPT to sign-in to my microsoft account, but suddenly receive a message saying, “Your Account is Temporarily Blocked.” It then tells me to contact customer support. Everything I've went to in order to access my account said only to Reset my Password or Submit a Account Verification form. I reset my password three times, Verified My Account info and even submitted four Verification Codes. (The code in which i receive through Email or SMS Text.)

Solutions I've tried:

- Reset Password

- Verification Code Submission

- Called Customer Support

- Submitted out an Account information Verification form

The Question I want answered is “HOW DO I GET MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT UNBLOCKED?” Because ive looked everywhere for information, the microsoft support site, Youtube, and even with friends.

So if there is Anyone who may know what to do that i haven't already done feel free to tell me.

I Resetting Hotmail password – “temporary” problem?

I'm trying to help my brother reset his hotmail password, but I keep getting a temporary problem with the server for the last 3 days. I've emailed customer support, and they told me to post to these forums. If a Microsoft moderator could help me ASAP, then that would be much appreciated. Also, my email is a recovery email on his account, and this is what I get when I use the link it sends to change the password.
