I have gone through the next of kin process for my late husband's account but I am still being charged for his Hotmail Plus service even though the account is closed.  Who can I contact for a refund?  Thank you.  
Am having trouble reactivating my Hotmail Plus service. Our card was declined due to an inaccurate profile address. The instructions say to "contact customer support", but the only option offered is via this forum. Meanwhile, emails sent to this address and to our other one may be getting lost. Please help!
Would you tell me what call number I should call to turn off my Hotmail Plus service?

I have the Hotmail plus service opened in the US and now live outside the US. 
The support center cannot call me back since I'm out of US, so it seems that I should call you to ask the cancel of my service.
