I keep getting a lot of responses in my inbox from email addresses that I haven't sent an email to. Among these are "undelivered responses". This has happened before and I ended up losing my email address and had to create another one. Can anyone suggest how I can stop this please?
As of two days ago, I cannot read or delete my hotmail inbox, junk, or other saved e-mails on my laptop.  The small envelope and X beside each e-mail is inactive.  Yet, when I sign on with a different computer, everything is normal and active.  Have I accidentally triggered some security or privacy setting or something?  {Removed}
I can open Windows Live Mail and see new un-read messages added to my inbox from my comcast.net email provider. When I click on them to open them, nothing happens, no error message, nothing. If I then try closing Windows Live Mail, opening Sent Items, opening Contacts, all are frozen and do not respond at all. Sometimes I get a "Windows Live Mail not responding" message. I have to re-start my computer in order to close the WLM program.
why do I still receive Junk mail that I have previously blocked and also scaanned by Norton in my inbox??
Prior to  having Google Chrome I was able to do that. I have since deleted GoogleChrome, but still can not open my hotmail inbox.

Wins 7 IE9...today unable to create a 'top level folder' under inbox in Hotmail. I have had no problem previously, have about 6 top level folders. I am signed into windows live and hotmail correctly...all other functions work fine.

I have followd the procedures explicitly, even went to windows/hotmail help to recheck procedures, all correct.

The new folder, even though I click 'make it a top level folder' then hit the save button just above, the folder goes to alphabetical in the large inbox folder collection and since it is a T the folder is waaaaaaay down there but one I need/use frequently and want in top level folder section.....

first I click on 'gear' icon on folders, then either 'add a new folder' or 'manage folders' ...(neither gets the job done ultimately), then if manage folders used, I click new, then type in new folder name, then there is a single line below saying 'make it a top level folder (with a down arrow)...whether I click on make it a top level folder OR hit the down arrow showing the above option plus all folder names and THEN click on make it a top level folder, then hit save above it does not work! the folder goes way down in general folder list under T.

If I hit 'add a new folder' at start after hitting gear icon it takes me directly to type in new folder name box with the 'make it a top level folder with the down arrow, again regardless if I just click on make it a top...etc or first hit down arrow then select make it a top...etc then hit save, same thing! the new folder does not end up in the top level folder section where others previously created reside but way down in the Ts of inbox alphabetical!

What is going on, thanks....Roger

I changed a setting in my inbox to group all messages by conversation but I don't like it and can't figure out how to change it back.

I am trying to select all 900 plus of my current messages in the "Inbox"  folder for transfer to the "Inbox" folder in the Storage section of Windows Live Mail.  I understand that I can select one message and transfer it with a few simple strokes, but how can all messages be selected at the same time for a bulk transfer?
