How do I have an auto 'Subject' text in Windows Live Mail 2011?

I would like to use a subject text automatically any time I write a new mail in WLM so to avoid typing any time the subject. I would appreciate if anyone could give me an idea on how to do it.

I found out that my emails are auto deleted in outlook.com, so i have lost my emails before 20-10-2013, many of my old emails are important. I hope that you can solve my situation and explain how can I prevent outlook.com from auto deleting my emails. Thank you!
I have had it with this mess, If i don't get this issue fix i"m moving on to another email client.

Recently I was missing some very old important emails from my "Inbox" folder, I thought it was me that accidentally deleted them (which i never really bought) but then i emailed my self a test email and named it "auto delete test" and put the date on the subject, now surely almost a month later that email has been auto moved with a bunch of other to the "trash bin" WHY!!?

I have no other email client using this account that could explained this issue, never been "hacked".

Please help a loyal 10 year user or lose me forever.

Skydrive stopped auto uploading on my Lumia 928 on August 10 and I  have since been unable to  manual upload to Skydrive?  I already deleted and reinstalled skydrive app. I have plenty of space left on my skydrive account. If I do a factory reset  will that not wipe out all personal data including the photos ?

How can I find out how many live mail accounts I have?

How can I find out how many live mail accounts I have?

Have a problem where I think my account may have hacked. I seem to be sending messages to all in my address book and many are not being delivered. I have now changed my password. The real problem is the auto vacation setting is set to send a message out (not written by me) and I can't turn it off. I delete the message, click the radio button to not send a message but when I go back to my inbox the warning is still there that this feature is on.

I have tried many times to no avail. I use McAffe anti-virus and did a scan yesterday which only showed 37 cookies.

Can some one suggest anything?

I mistakenly added a misspelled word to the auto correct feature in Windows Live Mail, and now I can't find that list and can't change it back. As an example, I corrected the misspelling of boat (I had baot) and clicked on auto correct. Now I can't find the list of misspelled words to change it to the correct spelling. I thought it would be in MS Word, but it's not.
Got a new iPhone.  On old iPhone msgs that were deleted or read on Hotmail were auto deleted or marked as read on iPhone.  With new phone all msgs show up as new (unread) and even though they're deleted on Hotmail, they still show up on my phone.  Can't remember how I fixed it years ago with old phone.  Thanks!
