So I am not the only one experiencing all incoming emails going directly to my trash bin. How do we all fix it?
Why are the messages in my Trash bin disappearing? Does Hotmail automatically empty my Trash bin? I don't want that to be happening because sometimes I need to go back in my Trash to retrieve something. Sometimes I delete something by mistake and don't
realize it till weeks later. Then it's too late to retrieve it back from Trash because I think Hotmail empties it out automatically! How can I change that? Is there a setting to prevent automatic emptying??
I have had it with this mess, If i don't get this issue fix i"m moving on to another email client.
Recently I was missing some very old important emails from my "Inbox" folder, I thought it was me that accidentally deleted them (which i never really bought) but then i emailed my self a test email and named it "auto delete test" and put the date on the
subject, now surely almost a month later that email has been auto moved with a bunch of other to the "trash bin" WHY!!?
I have no other email client using this account that could explained this issue, never been "hacked".
Please help a loyal 10 year user or lose me forever.
