A few days ago (6), to clean up my inbox, I deleted many old emails in my inbox from several (commercial) sources.

I think I chose a wrong option because new emails from these same sources are now going to my junk folder.

How do I have new emails (from these sources) go to my inbox (as they did before) ??

Why does my Hotmail keep changing to Outlook?

Why does my Hotmail keep changing to Outlook? It has changed eight or ten times yesterday , and about twelve times today I did not choose to change. Everytime I change back to Hotmail , I have to reset my theme. This is getting pretty irritating. How can I stop this from happening?

I also have the problem of when I forward an e-mail the sent e-mail stays in my inbox and also if I get a reply it also goes into the inbox , as part of the original e-mail. The forwarded e-mails do not show up in sent messages. I think this started on 11/22/12.

Help can't open my email in my inbox?

How do I get replies to stop appearing within the original e-mail in the Inbox? Want replies only in Sent Messages.

Was automatically upgraded to Outlook, didn’t like it. Was able to successfully switch back to Hotmail ...

BUT when I reply to an e-mail in my Inbox, the reply goes BOTH to Sent messages (as it should) AND also appears within the original e-mail in the inbox. How can I get this to stop? I just want my reply to be in Sent messages.

This gets especially confusing when a group e-mail goes out, begins in sent messages, but certain individuals only reply to sender (now in Inbox). Then b/c every sent reply is attaching itself to replies received in the Inbox, if you reply to group, 1-on-1 replies go out to everyone in the group – not confidential!

I am using Windows Live Hotmail E-mail (with an @msn.com e-mail address).

Deleting permanently

How can I permanently delete email messages from my inbox and sent box without having them sit in the "deleted" file until the computer deletes them later? I want to have them instantly permanently deleted so they can't be retrieved. Any solutions?

Cannot get into any of my folders including inbox,

I have not been able to get into any of my folders including inbox. I cannot open any of the emails that are shown. I have signed out and back in several times, I have gone to Blocked account and that was of no help what so ever. What is going on? This is getting very frustrating. Am I being forced to chose a new password. That does not seem like the issue as I have no problem logging in. I want it back to looking like it alwasy has. If that is not possible, I at least want it to work.

I reverted back to hotmail from outlook after trying on two other computers. The one I finally used works fine. The other two converted but do not show the inbox content , or do they repond to opening folders etc. Using safari latest edition

ms skype has uninstalled messenger. how to get email alerts?

Skype upgraded itself to latest version 6.0.73.126 in windows 8 and in the process removed messenger and advised to have im from Skype. fine. but messenger was also giving email alert of emails in outlook.com. now that messenger is uninstalled I am not able to get email alerts at all or access outlook,com directly by clickin on messenger. messenger also remembered my username and password and when I click on the inbox, I was landing in outlook.com. but now that messenger is not there, I have to open internet explorer, enter in webaddress Hotmail.com or outlook.com and when it opens the username page, I have to enter username and password, every time I want to check my email. can Microsoft help me/advise me with better technique. I don't use im so im from Skype is not of much use to me. messenger was very useful for (1) getting email alerts and (2) quickly access outlook.com without entering username and password. is it possible to reinstall messenger?

Outlook doesn’t move mail from Inbox on Imap server

There seems to be a fault with the way Outlook handles moving files. This has been around for about a week now. when I try to move a file it leaves a copy in the Inbox on the server. This wasn't the case and I think it might be as a result of an upgrade. My iPad and iPhoe do not have the same problem
