My email is now just a list of emails. No form to the page at all.

My Hotmail was working fine this morning.  This evening is is just a list of emails.  I want to use Hotmail Live.  How can I get back there.  My system is old and am unable to upgrade to use Firefox or anything else.....

windows live mail cannot paste text when in rich text format

When I try to paste a clip from a website and paste it to an email, it is not visible in the email form as long as the message format is rich text.  If I change the format to text then the text appears.  This only happens when the website attaches the URL of the site to the clip being copied.  Not all web sites do that.  I am running xp sp3, firefox, and windows live mail.  I have IE 8 installed but seldom use it .  I shut down the firewall and antivirus and condition still exists.  Clipboard is running and the text clip selected appears on the clipboard.   No new programs recently added.  Cache and Temp files deleted.  I can paste the clip to Notepad and then copy it there and paste it into the email.  Has something to do with the URL being attached, I believe. 

All suggestions welcome.

I have an MSN email address. I have been using it for years on my Mac. yesterday something happened and now the msn email has lost the formatting, I can't open anything, I see a very basic screen showing who the messages are form in my Inbox but I can't open or access my account or even Sign Out. Please help.

I am trying to contact hotmail to find out why I'm not always receiving emails others send to me.  Is there any form of support or are we in this alone?

In some cases after multiple attempts to send me an email it finally comes through to me, in other cases they give up. They, the senders get various error messages including but not limited to 403 forbidden. WTF??

 

I've tried clicking a link per the original response to a similar q in the forums & it takes me round & round in circles with no way of actually contacting anyone. Does anyone have an answer that will get me something useful like an email address for support?

My husband forgot his password to get into Hotmail. What is the simplest way to get a new one? He was unable to answer all the questions asked in order to get one due to memory loss.n

My husband went online and tried to get into Hotmail.  Microsoft required the name and password which he was unable to remember.  We requested a new password and the form came up asking questions he could not answer.   How does he get a new password without going through all those questions?

I am unable to reset my account (removed email address for security reasons) because my password has been changed and whoever is responsible has added an address do*****@hotmail.com as a reset address. I have tried to reset this account several times by filling in the form in which i put in the recent subjects of my mails, my recent password, recent addresses i sent emails to etc but it always comes back unsuccessful. i used a different name and D.O.B when i opened the address some years ago. i never put on the do*****@hotmail.com address, or any other reset address. Your address requires a password, which i do not have. I need to regain access to my account. Please help. do you need further info?

My account has been blocked for 3 days now and the alternate phone number posted when I opened the account is no longer valid.  There is no means to verify account. I have submitted the form for validating my account but have not heard back. Its been over 24 hrs. HELP ME Please.  From everything Ive read, MSN does not have live service.

Fail to pass recovery verification

I was asked to fulfill the recovery form to unblock my hotmail account. I did my best to provide info but it was not sufficient to get verification. And this account is really important and I cannot afford losing it. Can someone help me?

when i pick up mail on laptop the mail is not available on my pc

Whenever I pick up my mail using Windows live form my laptop that mail is not available back on my pc.

I use sky as my ISP and have "keep mail on server" but it does not help with WLM.

The mail is still on sky server .
