This has been happening for at least a week. I used to just hit reply or reply all and the sender's name and topic would be filled in, along with the message I'm replying to. Lately, I get a blank email form, no names, topic or message, and even if I hit
the "To" button to pull up my contacts, I cannot access my contacts ... nothing happens. I use Firefox and have not previously had a problem. I noticed the display for my Contacts has changed. Does this have anything to do with it? Are you updating the way

What changes will be made as far as Hotmail with the new Microsoft Services for October 19th?
I do not know if we will loose everything in our various folders or not.
Is there a way to save the emails in some form onto our hard drive other than printing them all out?

I tried to set up a new E-mail contact by clicking on Contacts, filling in the information and clicking save. I could not fill in the E-mail portion of the form. What do I do?

Can you adjust my hotmail account to send more than 10 attachment?. I could do this before and now I can't. Others are able to send me these e-mails and it is embarrassing to tell them my hotmail won't let me. Please fix and I;m mot sure why you took
this away form the end user. My husband has the same problem and it is very frustrating. Thanks. And give it back toall the users.
