I just found out all my emails dating back from before 8 June 2010 are not in my inbox anymore?! I have been using hotmail since 2002, so you could imagine I am missing a lot of (important) emails!

I need to recover my old email address which is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I used it long ago, probably two years ago. The last time I had the password to it was July of this year. But for the months of June and July, I was receiving emails that my account was having
suspicious activity. I always filled out the little forms I was given to verify it was me. But yesterday, I attempted to log into my hotmail account and forgot my password. After resetting my password, I was told that my account had been temporarily blocked.
Now I know this whole shindig. I've done the account form before and it was successful. That was earlier this summer. I got it back no problem after an account investigation. But yesterday, I filled out two account investigation forms and they both failed.
I don't know what the deal is. I've had the email so long that I hardly remember what my old passwords were. Basically, the only solid evidence I have that I'm the owner is who I sent emails to. I had a long distance girlfriend during the time that I used
that email often, and if an agent can talk to me, I can pretty much tell them all kinds of details about what happened and what was said in the emails that we exchanged in the last couple weeks of our relationship. Is there a number I could call to explain
my situation? Because I can prove that I was the owner of the account, but not through the information that they take from you in the forms. This is going to sound dumb, but when I was younger, my parents drilled it into my head not to give out my personal
information. So when I would sign up for email addresses, I hardly used real information because I wasn't thinking long term. I know that on this email account I probably lied about my birthday because most emails won't sign you up unless you're over 18. I
am over 18 now, but when I made it I wasn't. It's very complicated... Thanks in advance for the help.

My Outlook contents completely disappeared from one day to the next, as if I had not set up an account. Looking at the identities folder (thanks to one of your threads here) I have four identities, three of which were created within three days last month
- how that happened I don't know as I had never been in this folder before. One of these is Main Identity. The fourth one was created more than a year ago, though it is named Main Identity [backed up 27 June 2012]. How do I reinstate the right identity (and
contents) and get rid of the others safely?
I have mobil Hotmail on a Droid 3. I checked several folders that I want to sync with my cell phone as of June 19 I am only getting my Inbox mail. New mail into the other checked folders are not syncing. How can I force syncing the folders? I have a
folder for News feeds which should display three new emails every morning - it stopped syncing on June 19th. I use Push Synchronization
On June 21st I was going to make a video chat with a friend. I was required to update the previous version (the previous version worked fine). After the update, I was able to place my video chat with Messenger, but there was something I can only describe as "mosquito screening" as an overlay on the monitor. I had to look at the other person through this layer. It did not effect the video or audio on any other way.
How can this problem be resolved?
