My Windows Live Mail reports 13,585 in All Email, in all of my folders I can find maybe 5,500. There are only two in my Junk folder. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!!

The problem is, the Public Folder is giving me the above error code and has only synchronized a portion of the emails in that folder. So when I go to Outlook Web Mail, it is only showing maybe 50% of the emails even though my Outlook client has them all.
They have suggested that I try to migrate my emails using an IBM but I don't have any IBMs, and I"m afraid this issue may come again when I try to move emails to the Public Folder in the future.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
I am in the process of moving from an in-house IMAP server to a hosted Exchange server for my small business e-mail.
We have a lot of email messages, especially in shared folders that are shared among our five users.
Previously I was using Apple Mail, so in order to transfer the mail to the Exchange server, I added the exchange account and manually transferred mail to my Exchange inbox.
As Apple Mail doesn't support Public Folders in exchange, I then set up my new Exchange account in Mac Outlook and moved the emails from my inbox to my Public Folder (that all 5 of us will be sharing).
The problem is, the Public Folder is giving me the above error code and has only synchronized a portion of the emails in that folder. So when I go to Outlook Web Mail, it is only showing maybe 50% of the emails even though my Outlook client has them all.
My hosting provider is unable to advise why and they said there is no limitation on mailbox size on their end.
They have suggested that I try to migrate my emails using an IBM but I don't have any IBMs, and I"m afraid this issue may come again when I try to move emails to the Public Folder in the future.
It's about 4 GB of mail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

My Outlook for Mac 2011 crashed totally last week. I had to reinstall everything.
When I made my first installation I imported a PST-file containing old emails, I believe the PST-file was converted to an OLM-file at that time.
My harddrive was backuped before Outlook crashed, so I can restore files from before Outlook crashed. If it wouldn't have been for this new Office-version I would have just find my old PST-file and copied it from my backup to my Mac, but I don't know how to restore my emails to the point before it crashed in this Outlook-version. Is there an OLM-file or folder I should copy from my backup?

The response to my question listed below did not work. I have a MAC Pro, the email account is a POP3 account, and I am using Outlook 2011.

Today, all my email folders in Outlook disappeared. The only folder that shows up is the Inbox folder. I need to have my folders back because I've got lots of information in these folders.
How can I get them back?

In the past few days I have begun seeing a small blue down arrow next to all of the messages that appear in my Junk folder. This has never happened before, and I'l like to know what it means.
I send the e-mail address of a dear friend to junk and then I proceeded to send all the addresses in my junk folder to blocked addresses. Will appreciate if you can let me know how can I access my block addresses list and unblock an individual address.

I'm using Outlook 2011 (14.2.2). I've discovered that I can drag messages to that folder but still can't rename it. When I select rename it looks like I'll be able to rename it but the folder name is automatically un-highlighted to quickly.
The rename of the online "Untitled Folder" is successful via Outlook Web Mail or from Outlook 2010.

SMART FOLDERS
My save searches for SMART FOLDERS are not sticking in Outlook 2011 of Mac. I have a edit the smart folder every day to exclude my DELTED, SENT, JUNK folders for a save search for TODAY's emails. I like to look in this smart folder view as I move mail into
various folders on my Exchange server and local "on my computer." The feature works great, but I have to rebuild the FOLDER filter every time. The Advance search keeps the "FOLDER IS NOT" search filter, but breaks the "FOLDERS" to exclude. Mark once i am in my inbox . ican not open anything ie messages,, junk folder, sent items. try restoring but no luck
I am not getting mails from site like rechargeitnow.com. The main problem here is I have forgot my recharge it now account. So when I am trying the forgot password then it is sending the temporary password to my hotmail but I am not able to
get the mail in my mail box. Even if not in junk folder.
