I am using word 2011 (MAC) and I try to use the mail merge manager to send out some emails.
Every step works fine, until I click the button "convert email message", after that the outlook interface pop up but with no further response.
I have already set the outlook as my default mail reader.
I cannot find my message from any where in my outlook.
continued to click send on bulk email because it not show up in sent file but it went out four times and still not in sent file. how do i find and delete the email

Window 7 64 bit OS, WLM is default email client
1. for example at IE and want to send link by emai to another, i can do this by file->send->send by email, then WLM will be called and current link at IE will add to the email. But the link just added as 'text' but not 'url', which user can't just click the link and open it and needed to copy and paste to web browser to open the link.
any config for this to let user to direct click and open the link? the default email format set as HTML already.
2. how to set default font of email? just tried at option->email->compose and seem not all fonts shown (at least can't find common font ike Arial/Times New Roman)

I have created a group using instructions from on-line. (Start, User, Contacts, new group) I am allowed to create the group and I click OK. From within Windows Live Mail I can not find the group in my contacts list. If I do a search of my computer
it finds the lists so it is there. It has an extension of .group. How do I get this new group into my Windows Live Mail and sent email to it?
While writing an email the text stops and i have to wait for upto 30 seconds before the curser appears and i'm able to carry on.I then get a message telling me that 'we're unable to connect you' I'm able to carry on but lose the curser for several seconds once again.Once i've finished writing and try to send it nothing happens unless i left click,wait for the timer to disappear,and then the email is sent.
This has been going on for a couple of weeks.All other internet and email activities are fine.This only happens with Hotmail.Has anybody got any clues?
I am receiving my e mails from my Hotmail account and from my other e mail account as usual but the other day I did something which lost me the 'link' to my second account on the bar on the left of the screen. The 'link' appears to be back but when I
click it I now get a box coming up asking me to log on to mail.services.live.com and asking me for a password, but, of course this is in my second account's e mail and it isn't a windows live account. I can't seem to cancel it. I can close the box but it's
really irritating. I still get e mails to this account but I won't be able to send e mails using that address now. ( I tried to reset the password for it but was told it was not a live mail account). Any ideas?
I have a letter telling me that my account will be deleted if I do not click and reply to certain questions. I KNOW it is spam as several words are misspelled in it. I would like to forward it to 'whoever' at Hotmail so you may investigate this matter.
