I use my MacBook Pro sometimes as a laptop and other times connected to a cinema screen in my office.  I've found that if I popsition the Office Reminders window too far to the right when working on the large screen, if I then detach it and open the MacBook screen the Reminder window is so far to the right it is outside the visible area of the screen.  Othe items such as desktop icons don't seem to suffer from this problem, they adjust to the screen size and remain in the positions they were.  Is there some way to make the Reminders window do the same?
I am worried about Outlook 2011 stability for some of our users. We know that it doesn't like large mailboxes. Is the situation with a number of smaller mailboxes, adding up to a large database going to cause the same problems?
I am using Outlook for Mac 2011.  Some of the e-mails in my Sent file, only show the Subject Line, To and Date information.  The actual content of the mail is missing!  This is a real problem for me as I am a consultant and utilize my sent folder to keep track of my communications with my clients.  Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?  Also, is there anyway to retrieve the missing content?  Also, in my Sent file the "Show Reply" buttons do not work.  Help!
WHERE DO CALENDAR ITEMS GO ONCE THEY ARE DELETED?
THEY USED TO FALL INTO THE TRASH, BUT NOW THEY SEEM TO JUST DISAPPEAR.

Just curious what this is supposed to do. I click <format> then <background image> a folder opens, I select a jpg image, but nothing happens. Is this a phantom feature that was never used or does the image need to be a specific size, type, etc?

I just did a search and Outlook brought up a little box and showed just the persons work number not the mobile. Can I get it to show both? thanks.
On Exchange Server 2007 using MAC Office 2011 and keep getting this error message.  Don't see much help for the Error Code -19942 in searching.
Recently upgraded iMac and now the alerts for incoming mail messages do not pop up even though the setting is checked to do so.
Hi!

When using Entourage 2008 I was able to "encode" attachments for my recipient.  Most of my recipients are Windows users and I am sending them forms and documents created in Word 2011/Excel 2011/etc. for Mac.

When I sent to Windows users I was able to "tell" Entourage to encode the attachments for Windows.  If I didn't do that then my Windows-user recipients couldn't open the attachments or they opened but presented gobbledy-gook.

Now, in Outlook 2011, I can't find how to encode an email (that has attachments) for Windows users.

How would I do this?

Thank you so much!
Diane Dennis

I'm using Outlook 2011 for MAC and I have somehow accidentally added a contact as a resource.  Now that contact only shows up as a recent room when I add them to meeting invites.  This is deriving me CRAZY!  How do I fix this?  Thanks!
