Another software I use, the developer is asking me to save some emails for him.

He says click a group of emails, and do a save.

But in Outlook 2011 for mac I do that yet nothing happens. I select emails, do file save, and yet no dialogue box comes up.

and ideas? thanks.
My current folder size is over 40gb, theres one identity folder which occupies 9gb data which i think is the main since it says its last opened/modified one. while the rest which i think its not important uses 4-5gb (each extra identity folder contains atleast 4-5 gb data and i have around 6). Is it ok to delete those and keep the main one?
Just installed Mountain Lion. When I startup Outlook (Office 2011 for Mac), it connects to the server but it drops connection to Exchange Server after  few seconds to minutes. Keeps asking me to reenter my userid and pw.  After a couple of these events, my account is then locked on the server.  I have rebuilt the database twice, Shut down computer, reset the Parameter Ram.  An interesting issue is that I am running Parallels on my computer and Outlook on the PC side works perfectly. I am frustrated and about to reinstall OS10.6.8.  Any help out there would be appreciated

Is there a way to keep the boardings when porting tables from excel to outlook 2011 mail? if not, is there a way to redraw the table boarders?
A couple of issues I am experiencing...

1) Outlook 2011 constantly sync when I am either scrolling through emails or browsing outlook folders, happens almost >10 times a day which is getting annoying.
2) Outlook 2011 displaying "Error -50" which I could not figure out what that means.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am using outlook for mac 2011.
My e-mail accounts are using POP3 setting, and i have "do not delete message from server" checked and "delete message from server when delete from the computer".

There is a tag showing "A copy of message is on the sever" at first after downloaded, but after probably 1 month, the tag is gone, n outlook will download the same message again.

Is there anyone have idea how to solve the problem?
This is quite annoying.

Thanks in advance
Hi!

I upgraded to 2011 today and I can't see the emails that it's receiving in.  It tells me that I've got 19 unread emails but I can't see them.

Help?

Thank you so much! :)

Hi!

I recently upgraded to Lion and I was told that 2008 would work fine.

I keep running into problems, indeed I can't even get Entourage to launch today (I'm sure I've some unhappy customers) :( so I decided to purchase and download 2011 today.

When I used Outlook to import from Entourage it imported everything but my emails.  It imported all of my folders and whatnot, but not the emails.

I read elsewhere here that this has happened to others but I don't know that I've been able to pick the "fix" out of all of the responses so I thought I'd try again. :)

Thank you!!
Diane
My Outlook contents completely disappeared from one day to the next, as if I had not set up an account. Looking at the identities folder (thanks to one of your threads here) I have four identities, three of which were created within three days last month - how that happened I don't know as I had never been in this folder before. One of these is Main Identity. The fourth one was created more than a year ago, though it is named Main Identity [backed up 27 June 2012]. How do I reinstate the right identity (and contents) and get rid of the others safely?
