I have been using this custom domain with domains.live.com hooked up to Hotmail/Outlook.com for many years.  My DNS registration runs through 2021.

Yesterday users in my domain started telling me that they were no longer receiving email.

When I checked in the admin center it said that the status for my domain had been changed to Pending DNS Configuration.  Any attempt to reconfigure it warns me that all of the mailboxes I currently have will be deleted and all user's email will be lost.

Has anyone else seen a similar issue?  How can I restore the domain so my users can receive email again without losing their existing mailboxes?

Hello,

This relates to a situation I have at work that our techs have been unable to fix.

I am no tech so please bare with me.

We run Windows 7. As a part of this we use Outlook.

My Outlook has stopped working. I can get into Outlook however I cannot send any e-mails but I still receive them.

I work for a large organisation with offices all over the country.

To support our staff we have a large number of mailboxes that they can access.

I help to support roughtly 200 mailboxes. I do this by providing access etc to these for staff.

The mailboxes are not attached to my Outlook but I work through the address book in Outlook to provide access etc.

We have recently migrated a large number of these mailboxes from Notes to Outlook.

This is when the problem started.

We tested the theory by removing one of my colleagues access to the mailboxes, he does the same sort of work.

Once this was done his Outlook started working again.

So we know what the problem is but how do we resolve it?

Obviously I have to have access to the mailboxes to do my job so I can't 'remove' them.

Any ideas would be appreciated as this has our techs stumped.

I have 2 mailboxes.  How can I move the bottom listed one to the top of the list?
At the moment only the default mailbox displays on the left hand pane, I would like several mailboxes to show in that pane.

Is there a way so that I can view multiple 'inboxes', 'sent items' etc associated with different users on the one outlook account?

Please advise :)
I am worried about Outlook 2011 stability for some of our users. We know that it doesn't like large mailboxes. Is the situation with a number of smaller mailboxes, adding up to a large database going to cause the same problems?
We have recently moved move our users to O365 and now we have 26GB mailboxes I would like users to move there mail into the cloud from their machines. If you right click a folder and select "Move folder…" you are not able to select the inbox in the cloud. This would be the preferred option other than dragging them.

Any suggestions?

Kind regards

Paul
