I want to create a rule with an "If" statement.  Example - Move mail to specified folder "If" it has been marked read.  Can someone help?
I have seen in the forum various messages on the updating identity message when you start Outlook. I have seen the reply about deleting files etc. However, today I have this message for 3 hours. It says not to force out of application or shut down.
What do I do now?
Is it possible to get the Microsoft Office Reminders icon to bounce more than once in the dock when a flag or reminder alert is triggered?  One bounce is just too easy to miss.  I'm sure in past versions of Reminders the icon used to carry on bouncing until you acknowledged it, which is what you want it to do.

I use rule to seperate out my email messages, some of these are server side, some are outlook, but if I have a message moved to a folder when it arrives I don't receive an alert. I have just switched from Windows and this is not how that runs in MS Office for windows.

Thanks,
-Derrick
I recently purchased a MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion installed.  I added Office for Mac: 2011, Home & Business.  OS and Office fully updated.

I have an IMAP e-mail account.  Outlook is not connected to an exchange server.

There are messages not showing up in Outlook that are showing in my inbox on the server.

Troubleshooting steps:
Used Microsoft Database Utility to rebuild my Identity.
Used Microsoft Database Utility to create a new identity.
Deleted ALL Identities and rebuilt a new one.
Configured Mail to connect to same server without issue and no missing messages.
Removed all filters.

Additional information:
Status bar indicates "All folders are up to date."
Status bar indicates "Connected to mydomain"
Enabled Schedule "Send & Receive All" and added action to Receive Mail.
When I do a "Send & Receive All" from schedules, Outlook indicates downloading 6 messages, but the server has 10 messages in the user's inbox.  She has 4 messages in Outlook.  That does total 10.

When I try to use Outlook receive mail or send this message comes up: Authentication failed because Outlook doesn't support any of the available authentication methods. That floors me! Is there a workaround for this?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
I purchased Outlook but inadvertently deleted it. Is there a way I can re-download without purchasing it again? Is there a record of my purchases?
At the moment only the default mailbox displays on the left hand pane, I would like several mailboxes to show in that pane.

Is there a way so that I can view multiple 'inboxes', 'sent items' etc associated with different users on the one outlook account?

Please advise :)
Suggested contacts and or the Global address GAL is not working.  Anyone else having issues with the new Macbook Pro with Retina display like this?  When sending a new email I am not getting the cached or suggested email address of people when I start typing in the TO field.  i have compared an old MBP to the new one and the new one will not work.

Same account loaded on two different Macbooks with different results.
