Hi all,

Something very strange just happened in my Outlook for Mac : filtering is not working! I mean, when I'm for example in the email list and I go to the Filter button in the ribbon and apply a filter, then it's : "No result".

Of course I'm trying to filter based on criteria that just show some stuff : emails, tasks, etc.

What might have happened to my Outlook?

Any idea?

Thanks everyone.

MC.
Hello,
I have a mac with office suite student, but he has no outlook ..
I wonder if I have to pay only the difference for the home & business that has the outlook?

grateful now :)

*sorry for the English, because google is this saving me about it
I have Mountain Lion, Office 2011 - and the issue is specifically with Outlook client.  When I am in mail and highlight a calendar item, the system just spins for a significant amount of time.  When I double click on a calendar item, the system spins for a significant amount of time, when I click on the Calendar ICON - same thing.

I have rebuilt the DB, no improvement.  I am connected to our corporate exchange environment - mail works fine - it's just everything to do with the calendar that is so slow.

Any ideas - my productivity is suffering.
How do I archive a date range of e-mails to a folder on my Mac and retain their original dates?

I can`t find Norwegian spellcheck in my Outlook  - I have the latest version of office for Mac - Microsoft Office 2011 14.2.3

I have Norwegian spelling in my word doc. so I don`t get why I can`t have it in Outlook.

Would really love some help.  :-)

Some how i managed to hide the folders that were in outlook.  How do i bring them back plesase ?
I can't seem to connect on or off network to a brand new exchange server from a fresh install on a new mac... painful.
I get the error "Unexpected data was encountered" error code -17997 and not sure if I can really say much more.

Mac Mail works fine (to boot), and I've literally copy-pasted the user, server, etc from one to the other and outlook is still not functioning.

Anyone else? Is there some special "mac setting" that needs to be enabled on the server?

Running: Mountain lion, MS office for Biz, all updated and current. Permissions repaired, etc on my MBP-r.
Is this possible? I want to use Mac mail, but the Mac reminder system with no snooze times is hopeless. If I make Mac Mail my default email app, Office Reminders don't turn on! Is it possible to use Office Reminders without Outlook as default?
