After upgrading to Mountain Lion, Mac Outlook 2011 becomes unresponsive when performing a search within a folder.
where would i find the relevant POP or IMAP settings to finish the accounts set up?

This is something that just started occurring. I can move the appointment forward or backward in time, but when I highlight the appointment and either clic the delete icon, right clic to the delete command line and execute nothing happens, the appointment
stays in place instead going to the trash...
I am getting emails I think from china have not opened saying mail delivery failed they are continuous 100to 400 at a time, an occasional email mixed in that appears to be Chinese radicals. How can I stop these?
Outlook for Mac 2011: After installing the Service Pack 2 for Mac 2011 I received the error: please upgrade the office database. I found the solution online about rebuilding the main identify. I followed all of the steps and it took me over an hour. When I open Outlook and choose my main identify it still does not recognize the identity. I don't know who to call or what to do. I don't think I should have pay someone since it is Microsoft's error in rolling out the update. I can not access my email. HELP!

I am used to the outlook for windows, just started this week on a mac.
In outlook in my contacts, I would liked them to be listed by last name and company name and a business card layout, So I can see their names and companies without going in to a specific contact. Now (default I think) I see names and email addresses.

What e-mail folders in my newly created IMAP-mail account in Outlook 2011 for Mac, actually "belong" to my web server (one.com) and what folders are from Outlook?
Under my domain name in My Outlook which is my INBOX I have now two folders for sent (one in English called "Sent" and one in Swedish: "Skickat"). The same goes for "Draft" ("Utkast") and "Trash" ("Borttaget").
Which folders should I use when I'm in "Settings" direct the e-mails to certain folders? Does it matter?
I also want to keep a copy of all my e-mails (incoming and sent e-mails) on my computer (in case my web server one.com would crash!), but I don't want to download the e-mail permanently from my web host to my computer since I want to be able to see the
e-mails on several devices (iMac, Air and iPhone).
What settings do I do to download a copy of all e-mails?
Can I download even a copy of my old e-mails to my computer? These old e-mails have been imported to my web server from a PC and are now viewable on My Mac through my IMAP account, but I can only see them when I'm online.

I am trying to send a calender invite and i want some people to mark as an optional attendee. I did not find any option into Outlook for MAC but it is possible on windows machine. Can some please advise.....
