Hello, I sent an invite to a large group of people. Some accepted the invite, others didn't - now I would like to extract a list of all participants who accepted the invite and send an email (only to the contacts who accepted the invite). It is on Microsoft Mac 2011 - how is this done? Many thanks.
Hello,

Is it possible to add attendees to an event without sending out invitations? It is handy to have the attendees listed in the event, especially when accessing the calendar from my phone, but I don't want to send invites.

Thank you

P.S. I put "Not Mobile" below but I think it applies to both
In Calendar, when I try to Invite Attendees, I get a popup saying "Before you send a meeting invitation, you must first add an e-mail account to Outlook.  To add an account, on the Tools menu, click Accounts."   I already have 2 accounts in there but Calendar sees neither.  What's up and how do I fix this?

After update on Mountain Lion there is a problem with displaying attendees' response icons (Accepted, Declined, Tentative) in the list of attendees. Half of an icon is overlapped with calendar view. Calendar view horizontal scrolling sometimes breaks vertical lines.

See here what I mean:
