Hello,

I am using Outlook 2013 together with my live account (EAS) to sync my emails, contacts and calendars. This works fine. Additionally, I have set up another email account in Outlook (Fastmail, IMAP), which does not have a calendar. If anyone sends me an appointment to my Fastmail account, I can accept the appointment and it will be added the the live account's calendar and show up in Outlook. This is exactly the behavior I expect, but if I sync, the appointment does not show up on my online calendar on live.com or on any other device (WP8) that is synced with my live account.

I suspect that the appointment is not synced because my live user is not part of the appointment (only my Fastmail user is an attendee of the appointment), so I would need a way to tell Outlook (or live.com) that I am the other person as well. I have added the Fastmail address as an alias for my live.com address (on account.live.com) both as primary and usual alias, but this did not help.

Can you give me any advice on how to make this scenario work?

Kind regards,
Frederik
Prior to 'syncing' with Outlook.com, I used Outlook 2010/2013 exclusively for my calendar.  At that time I would create an appointment, scan in the invitation, and 'snip it' as a picture in the body of my appointment.  This way I only had to glance at the details and not open up an attachment.

However, now that my Outlook 2013 calendar is 'syncing' with my Outlook.com calendar, I can no longer 'insert' ANYTHING into the body of the appointment.  Am I missing something or is this just not an option when using the Outlook.com calendar?

Hi,

The title kind of says it all. I find that if my secretary deletes an appointment from my schedule via Outlook on her PC, the alarm originally associated with it will still sound at the original appointment time even though the appointment no longer exists. Outlook for Mac 2011 syncs with my calendar via Exchange Server. Has anyone else noticed this behavior, and is there a fix?

Thank you,

Steve
I have an appointment that occurs each month though not always on the same date.  I would like to create the appointment once and then simply cut/paste or drag a copy onto the appropriate date on each succeeding month.  Drag/drop does not appear to work.  The Copy function is greyed out.  Is there a way to do this?

Outlook 2011.  Mountain Lion.
All my messages arrive with a 9:39pm arrival time.

I am also unable to select any times in the popup window for setting an appointment. I must first go to "daily" view, hopefully click on the correct start time, then set the appointment. After the popup clears, I must then move my time on the calendar window by click/drag.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
This is something that just started occurring.  I can move the appointment forward or backward in time, but when I highlight the appointment and either clic the delete icon, right clic to the delete command line and execute nothing happens, the appointment stays in place instead going to the trash...
