Currently with my Lumia 800 I'm using the calendar that came with the phone but if I need to install some new calendar that's no problem: as long as I would see the same calendar data that's on my Outlook calendar.
Hi all,

My wife and I recently purchased a MacBook Air and Office for Mac, and I'm having trouble configuring her Outlook accounts so that she can sync with her two iPhones (one for work, one for personal use). She was previously using Outlook for PC, so she has brought a lot of data to the conversion.

I can't understand where I should put her Calendar and Note information. Here is what I can figure out after talking to her:

1. She has an account for her company that is provided via a Microsoft Exchange server. Her company sometimes posts calendar information, such as meetings and appointments, into this account for all of the employees to see.

2. She also has a large amount of old notes and appointments that she doesn't need to share with other employees,  but are quite vital to her work.

3. There is also a large number of personal entries in Notes and Calendar that she didn't classify, and she had previously entered these (in her PC version of Outlook) on her company profile.

So my questions are:

1. Should I continue to use JUST her MS Exchange Server account for all Calendar entries, including personal things etc, or should I put personal things into the 'On My Computer' account? When, in fact, should I use the 'On My Computer' account? It seems that many people turn this off in Preferences.

2. She can only sync up to her work MS exchange Server via wifi when she is in her office. Will this pose a problem when working from home?

3. Will her iPhone automatically sync up to the 'On My Computer' calendar entries by default?

Thanks very much for your help!

Regards,
ANDREW

I cannot find PDF services in my macbook pro library. I need it for e mailing picasa photos as recommended by william Smith Nov 20th 2010 on this site
there are times when I want to write an email today but not have sent/delivered until a specified time on a specified date.  Does Outlook have a feature that will allow me to do this?
I have a huge amount of emails in folders in the 'On My Computer' section of my Outlook 2011 Identity.     If I export my Outlook as a .olm file, does this mean that it's going to try to export every mail from all the accounts I have set up in my Identity, or just the data that's in the 'On My Computer' folders?

My outlook 2011 auto responds to a read reciept with out asking me. how do i stop that? pleeeeese
I need to verify: when I create an .olm file to backup my Outlook data, the .olm includes email file attachements, correct?

Thanks!
I upgraded to Mountain Lion OS (10.8.1) and now Office Reminders is repeating past calendar events and updating the calendars.  How do I cure this problem?
My outlook 2011 on my Mac crashed.  I have restored the 'identity' found in "Office 2011 Identities" in my Time Machine to my current desktop.  I then renamed the identity to a new name and then copied it to my current "Office 2011 identity' folder.  I made it the default identity.  Outlook database utility asked me to rebuild the identity and that is where the problem starts.

It will:
  • Scan
  • Verify
  • Copy records to new database
  • Recovering data

all those go great, BUT the next step it comes up with:  YOUR DATABASE could not be rebuilt.

What am I doing wrong?
