Hi, I'm a brand new Surface user ...

I have 3 email accounts which I have set up to deliver to my Surface using Outlook.com. Let's call them:

Mail1
Mail2
Mail3

All 3 are currently delivering to my Mail1 account, as well as delivering to their appropriate folders/accounts on the Surface. This is annoying as the messages are duplicates and requires endless, tedious deletion.

How can I deliver Mail1 only to the Mail1 account, Mail2 only to the Mail2 account, and Mail3 only to the Mail3 account?

Apologies if this is another silly question.
Thanks, Caroline
Hello. I am using a new iMac and Mac Book Pro and Outlook is freezing once opened and going to do the first send and receive. This happens on both machines (showing the spinning beach ball, also known as the spinning rainbow pinwheel of death). I have POP3 accounts on both, multiple accounts (all work related) on the iMac and just 2 (work related also) on the Mac Book Pro. I have never had this sort of issue before even when using entourage before upgrading. All software is up to date for both mac and office on both machines. I have tried rebuilding the database and other threads i have found but nothing has worked. Firewall is off also. I'm not using Exchange either. Running out of ideas and need to get this sorted ASAP.

Anyone have the same issues and have a solution for this?
I use Outlook 2007 (non Exchange) and use it to manage my calendar and contacts (which i sync with my android phone without problem) and 4 different pop3 accounts which are filtered via rules into around a dozen different inbox folders. None of these are Microsoft email accounts. I have multiple accounts for the different companies I work with so cannot consolidate them into a single account. I use Pop3 because 2 of the 4 accounts have fairly strict server storage limits and also IMAP seemed to make a complete mess of outlook's interface creating entirely new personal folders for each one. I have spent years looking for a solution that would allow me to effectively take my desktop Outlook set-up with me on the move and more specifically:

1) Sync not just my calendar and contacts but all 4 of my email accounts with a cloud service so, when out and about, I can reference and search my historic desktop inbox and also get new email for all of the accounts much as i would with the Outlook 2007
2) Send emails through my four accounts without "on behalf of" or some other unprofessional looking addition
3) Sync all these remotely conducted incoming and outgoing emails back with the desktop when I return from being out and about
3) Sync any changes I make to calendars and contacts back with the desktop

I last investigated Outlook.com as a solution to this around a year ago and was given an unequivocal no. I also found no other mail service that would allow this without buying a dedicated Exchange server. It sounds like much has improved since then so...

Can Outlook.com now handle the above requirements?

If it can't do it as I describe above, is there an alternative approach e.g. using Outlook.com as the primary receiving app with Outlook 2007 some sort of syncing partner? I believe Gmail used to allow this but they now put this functionality behind a paywall.

Any guidance much appreciated!

I am tring to set up multiple accounts to issue for our subcontractors. Then issue them a link from our sharepoint site.

I created 3 and received a message saying I had reached my daily limit?\

Please help
I was such a happy hotmail customer. Every time I met a new client I would recommend hotmail. I had 4 accounts that I utilize throughout the day and I could seemlessly switch between accounts, review saved emails, and I could keep my bz & life well organized... I was a happy camper for years!!!! Now I can't access saved emails (which I frequently need to do) or switch between accounts. I am forced to log out of one account to view another; the system will not let me keep individual windows open with the multiple accounts. Life is supposed to get better with technology, this has been a hardship. Any suggestions? How can I keep my addresses and go somewhere else? I have contacted MS & Outlook several times, but no one has contacted me. HELP
I am in charge of media and the website for my University UNICEF society. We are using domains.live.com as our email provider. The issue I am having is that I cannot verify multiple accounts using the same mobile number. I am the only on with knowledge on how to setup these accounts.

Essentially, we have the following:

publicity@ ->REDIRECTS TO-> the_person_in_charge_of_publicity@

So that we have a relatively simple email address for outside people to email, instead of remembering names. But when I verify the second email (out of our list of 20) it says "unable to send code, please try later"

How can i verify all of these accounts easily?

Thanks
Tom
hello,

for 3 weeks now i have tried to recover my email address.
before microsoft removed the single sign in for multiple accounts i can now only access one of my email, main one, but can't the others two.

doing pw reset process did not help because i can't recall any infos from when i created the email account.

i have already created a ticket/issue number to microsoft, but no joy, as they keep asking me to provide infos that i no longer know.

U can't stop people (genuine) from accessing their emails , with personals datas ect....

I NEED TO REGAIN ACCESS to MY ACCOUNT .

Hi,

I have an issue. I have multiple accounts that I have set-up over the years that I have access to with email addresses that continue to use to this day. I would like to combine all these accounts to a single account and a single sign-on using the alias feature. I ave tried closing each account and adding them to the alias list for the account I like to combine to; however, the system is still saying that the email/account is still in use. Is there anyway I can combine these accounts into a singe account?

Thanks,
