I cannot access any of my outlook or hotmail on my iPhone 5s. The password is not recognized on my phone but it works fine over the internet log on into mail accounts.

Frustrating!

I can send from my phone but cannot receive WLM because of this password problem.

Don't tell me to reset my email password and reconfigure my accounts because I have already done that.

Using Outlook ver 14.3.8 (130913) and OS 10.6.8

I have 3 mail accounts that are in my drop down menu of inbox but after pressing Send/Receive all the subfolders disappear and I am left with one inbox that is my gmail account.

The other 2 accounts are exchange accounts - Another co-worker has a similar setup but is not experiencing this issue.

Has anyone had this issue and if so, solution??

I had the online/offline problem with the repeated error messages and tried the repair and then the Live Essentials 2012 upgrade.

Those steps took care of the off and online messages, but my Live Mail is still not connecting to any of my accounts or my other users accounts.

I can get access to the mail through the webmail pages of the two different ISPs with which we have accounts and have full internet access on IE10, but the Live Mail just keeps timing out on each of our mail accounts.

What is happening here?

The only things I have not tried are deleting and recreating accounts and the complete uninstall/reinstall because I and my other users have important emails going back years that we do not want to see disappear.

Can I fix this without the complete uninstall and reinstall or deleting and recreating accounts?

I have now spent two long nights trying to fix this mess.  It's almost enough to make us go back to Apples.

Hi

I have configured other mail accounts from various providers to forward all incoming messages to my outlook.com account. Unfortunately numerous of this forwarded messages won't arrive at my outlook.com account.

I added the domains from the forwarding mail accounts to the save senders list. (By the way, you can't add the domain "@gmail.com"!) Also there are no NDRs coming back.

Who can please help me?!
Thomas
I run Outlook 365 under windows 8 as my mail client on a PC for 3 mail accounts (gmail, yahoo and btinternet).  My mail all works fine on my iphone 5 and ipad, but I cannot get the Outlook calendar entries to appear on either I-device.  I have checked all settings, but cannot see what is wrong.
One of my friend introduced me to domains.live.com as it facilitates the domain owner to create 50 mail accounts and use them free for the lifetime. I logged into domains.live.com using my very old hotmail account. I then included a domain which is now pending its DNS settings before getting ready to create mail accounts under it. Later I included another domain of a friend for which I made all the required DNS and MX settings. Also created few mail accounts under this domain and things are all working fine. But I have some problem and queries:

1. My friend wants to have a access over his domain in domains.live.com so that he can himself manage all his mail requirements. I initially thought of creating a mail id and making it a alias so that he too can log into the administration screen. But since that will give him a access to my domain as well, can you suggest me a solution, is there a provision my which I can create a alias and restrict the permissions to his specific domain only or will it be possible to create a new account in domains.live.com and move his domain from my account to his newly created account ?

2. Coming to my domain now, what happens if we delete a domain from domains.live.com and can we include it again at later point of time or will it not allow that specific domain ever again to be included in domains.live.com and create fresh 50 mail id's ?

3. Suppose we have multiple domains under one single domains.live.com account, can we create 50 mail id's for each such domain or will we get limited to a total of 50 mail ids for all the domains combined ?

4. How much is the space allocated to each mail id created and can we extend it if needed. If yes, what will be the process and cost involved. Also help me understand its impact(if any) over other mail accounts space in use, will i have extend for all the id's

5. Will this service of domains.live.com remain available for all its existing customer or does it come with a threat even for the existing users, should Microsoft ever decide either to make it a paid service or completely remove this facility ? I hope it would not happen

6. From where can we check the mail space allocated and that in use by a specific mail id created under a domain  ?

7. My domain is showing status as 'pending DNS configuration' in domains.live.com screen. If I delete it from here at this stage, can I include it in a new account or once deleted I cannot ever enjoy the microsoft outlook live mail services. I am asking this as no mail id's have been created under this domain till now because of its pending DNS settings.

8. What if we want more than 50 mail id's at a later point of time or some day in future. Will he have to pay only for the additional mail id's needed or will the entire account move from a free account to a payment account requiring us to pay for all the old mails and the new mails as well.

9. Can I setup these mail accounts created in domains.live.com in any smart phone or blackberry instrument ?

10. What does 'Mobile version' mean ? How can i know if my account is equipped as a mobile version or not ?
