I'm trying to do this. Only thing is they don't seem to select all with shift key. Have do drag them one at a time? thanks.
Hi - I have a number of IMAP accounts added to my Outlook identity.  Some of them are from past jobs, past groups, etc., so I can no longer authenticate to them.  I want to still have the mail in Outlook, though, as it is useful from time to time to refer back to it.

BUT - I just updated to v14.2.3 and all of a sudden Outlook tries to hit every single account I own every minute or so, which results in dialog boxes popping up asking me to authenticate to these accounts.

Please, someone - how do I turn this off?  This is infuriating.  OR if it can't be turned off - how can I roll the upgrade back?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

I am unable to connect to Microsoft exchange server with outlook. I was successfully connected until my company did a "migration" to allow us more mailbox space. I am unable to use the auto configure. It asks me to manually configure but I can't seem to get the server address correct. I just get the yellow dot. I have asked someone else who uses a mac what their server address is but that address does not work. My company doesnt provide support for Mac. Any help would be appreciated.

  4. Find file (not in folder) - attachment works fine
  5. Find folder that holds file
  6. Select folder
  7. Outlook tries to attach and compress entire folder
  8. *Not what I want to do - just want to open folder to select file INSIDE of it

Help?

I've sent emails to a chat group I normally participate in. Never had a problem. Two of those emails have shown up in the 'sent' file of Outlook, but do not show the body of the email. When I initially try to delete them, a second version of that email pops up with the body of the email. That one can be deleted. The one without the message causes the color wheel of **** spin when I try to delete it. The only way out is a force quit, restart, which doesn't do anything. The emails remain in the 'sent' file. Any ideas? I've done force quit, restart, gone to the home webpage of the email address...nothing.
