I'd be very grateful if someone could please tell me how I could perhaps use TimeLine to recover an Outlook email folder that I accidentally deleted
Every so often i get a pop up window in Outlook that says "Mail could not be received at this time" with a message saying that authentication failed due to invalid credentials.  However, it keeps sending and receiving email just fine, these annoying messages keep popping up every second or two and prevent me from accessing email.  I've tried resetting my password, but that doesn't stop them from coming.  Has anyone else had this problem, and how do I stop it from happening?

Thanks,
Sharon
In short - my trouble is:  I can't do it.

I've tried Command-C, etc (keystroke for cut and paste) - no go.  I've tried to hold down the Command key while dragging the entry to a new time - this almost works as it does indicate a little green "+" sign as if it recognizes it's supposed to be copying - but when I release the mouse key the entry just gets sucked back over to it's original time.  I realize if I release the command key too early it thinks it's just moving and not copying.

I've tried everything - what am I missing???

Many thanks -
Brad
The title pretty much says it all.

I'm creating a simple text signature for a client on my mac, but the client uses a Windows PC.
How can I transfer/import a signature created on a mac into a Windows PC outlook and keep the correct formatting(design)?

How can I transfer my old emails and folders from Outlook.com (online) to my Outlook for Mac 2011?
Hello,

I am working on an internet project for a school and they sent me this link: https://cal.veracross.com/sae/events.ics?groups=1776

Because it's used for a an online calendar feed. I made the mistake of clicking on the link and it downloaded and events.ics document that automatically opened in Outlook. I noticed later on that I now have ALL of the calendar events being displayed in my Outlook Calendar feed and I never wanted that or even set it up in Outlook that way. It must have added the Internet calendar feed automatically.

Now I'm trying to delete that feed and scouring the entire internet but not able to find any support. Some posts say that it's not possible to add internet calendar feeds with Outlook.

Please advise on how I can remove this if possible.

Thank you,
Andrew
Hi All..

I just purchased a new Mac Min and sold my previous Mini. I was running Office 2011 on the old Mini and using Outlook as my mail. Before I deleted everything and put a fresh OS on the old Mini I backed up all my files.

I now have Office 2011 on my new Mac, how to I restore all my mail/mail folders/contacts from the previous install?

I know that their is a folder "Microsoft User Data" in my users/documents folder and that somewhere in there is all my mail messages. I tried just replacing the complete folder with the old after backing up the current and I get a message from Outlook that I can't use this Profile with this version. I'm running the same up to date version.

Regards...

I just upgraded from Entourage 2008 to Outlook 2011 running on Lion and there seems to be an important function in Entourage that is not in Outlook. How do I link a new note to an email message? I see where the Notes tab is located in the lower left corner but I don't see how to link the note to an existing email message that I have received in the InBox. This was possible in Entourage. Also I could link a calendar event, task and even link one email message to another although I did not use those functions but really miss the note to email linking option. How can I do that? Thanks
how do I print my tasks in outlook and group them by category?  I can view them grouped by category but when I try to print it doesn't keep them in groups?
