Hi,

in 2012 i bought MAC and now i have OSX 10.9.2 installed. i imported all my E-Mail from Windows based Outlook into New Mac from 2 identites. I merged all E-Mails into 1 MAC indentity in Main. Total E-Mails just 1 week before i can see can inbox were 168,000 but today i see they are 128000. Are they auto Archived???  but i don,t see any folder. Can you explain where to locate folder so i can backup all my data?

Further i tried to export all my Mac Outllook but i just tried to recheck by making new identity in MAC Outlook and when Imported i see only 28000 Emails in Inbox instead of 128000. why all E-Mails not exported??

I need to save all my Outllok office data and need urgent help.  How to Backup outlook Data and how???

Regards,

Ali.

I currently have two Mac's synced up to the same Exchange Account. One of the Mac's needs to be returned to the IT dept but before I do that I need to take the 'On My Computer' contents (an archive of old emails) and move them on to my new Mac.

Call me cautious but I really want to do this without overwriting the whole Outlook database on my new Mac. I really only want to move the contents contained in the 'On My Computer' section over to the same location on my new Mac.

Note that the Mac Username is slightly different between the two Macs which makes it impossible to put the Identity file in to the EXACT same location on the two Macs, the folder path would be very slightly different.

I need to do this over the weekend so I appreciate your support.

Thanks in advance

Martin
Hello,

I purchased a new Macbook Air about a month ago and since setting up my outlook on the Mac I've noticed my old emails seem to be getting deleted - these include in the normal inbox, as well as in folders (that you can't access through the Mac mail app)

Are my emails permanently deleted or can I get them back?

Thanks
Lindsay
I use Outlook 2011 to access my Office365 account.  I purchased a new Mac and setup the 365 account using Outlook 2011 without issue.  Is there a simple option to copy or move my local Outlook 2011 archive from the old mac to the new one?  The archive has many different folders where my mail is sorted and organized.  Dragging each email or folder to the desktop to create a .mbox file to import onto the new Mac would take forever.  Isn't there any way to just copy a directory or data file over to the new Mac-Outlook account?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks, JT
Hi All..

I just purchased a new Mac Min and sold my previous Mini. I was running Office 2011 on the old Mini and using Outlook as my mail. Before I deleted everything and put a fresh OS on the old Mini I backed up all my files.

I now have Office 2011 on my new Mac, how to I restore all my mail/mail folders/contacts from the previous install?

I know that their is a folder "Microsoft User Data" in my users/documents folder and that somewhere in there is all my mail messages. I tried just replacing the complete folder with the old after backing up the current and I get a message from Outlook that I can't use this Profile with this version. I'm running the same up to date version.

Regards...

I must use Outlook professionally, and have used it and loved it on a PC.  Now, on my new Mac, the calendars are all mashed together into one -- I absolutely need to view up to six calendars at once, side by side, so I can schedule rooms.  I cannot figure out if it's even possible on this Mac, and I'll be very angry if this is something left off in the Mac version... any ideas?
