IIn Outlook 2011 for Mac I cannot fuind a command that use to be in the toolbar of Entourage: "after sending move to"

Help

For some time now I can not open any of my folders.

I need to go back into them on occation.

Is there any way I can move all my file to my portable hard drive.

I do not want to lose them, but now I can't even look through them...

There is no way to remove contacts. There is no way to add groups. Every answer I find tells me to find buttons that are not in Hotmail under "people."
I've sent emails to a chat group I normally participate in. Never had a problem. Two of those emails have shown up in the 'sent' file of Outlook, but do not show the body of the email. When I initially try to delete them, a second version of that email pops up with the body of the email. That one can be deleted. The one without the message causes the color wheel of **** spin when I try to delete it. The only way out is a force quit, restart, which doesn't do anything. The emails remain in the 'sent' file. Any ideas? I've done force quit, restart, gone to the home webpage of the email address...nothing.
In this version of Hotmail it would appear that I have to go to each contact I want in a group and add them one at a time from their contact page.  Isn't there a way to go into a group and add everyone you need by a search or something?  Every, and I do every, other e-mail account I use has this capability and Hotmail used to.  So, now what?
18/12/12, fine in morning, evening, had to sign in fresh, page gone mixed up, one pane/page over and another, nothing works, signed in and out no change. 1 laptop went crazy. signed in other laptop looked ok then went same way. page totally different layout, page over page and not working.  do I have to start using Gmail !!!!  This follows MS update. ?????
When I send emails I always use BC so that addresses aren't exposed.  However when I want to go back (to 'Sent') and see who I sent it to, I can't review the names.  I know there is a way, I've done it before but can't find out how I was able to do it.
Hello,

I am working on an internet project for a school and they sent me this link: https://cal.veracross.com/sae/events.ics?groups=1776

Because it's used for a an online calendar feed. I made the mistake of clicking on the link and it downloaded and events.ics document that automatically opened in Outlook. I noticed later on that I now have ALL of the calendar events being displayed in my Outlook Calendar feed and I never wanted that or even set it up in Outlook that way. It must have added the Internet calendar feed automatically.

Now I'm trying to delete that feed and scouring the entire internet but not able to find any support. Some posts say that it's not possible to add internet calendar feeds with Outlook.

Please advise on how I can remove this if possible.

Thank you,
Andrew
I have discovered that some replies to my emails are not coming through for me to read--is there a way to fix this and can I recover these emails.?

I'm using English (UK) as default language.  Somehow, a few of the default spellings have been changed, and I can find no way to modify them.  An example, i often type "i" when I mean to type a capital "i", and then have to go through the message and correct each one individually, as they are not picked up.

Can I change the default spellings so that it highlights this, or automatically changes them?

Also, when I type my christian name without a capital letter it does not highlight this. Same issue, I'm sure.

Can I make any changes to default spellings, and if so how?

Thanks.
