When I try to sign in I get the message "Signing in to Windows Live Messenger fialed because the service is temporarily unavailabe. Please try again later. The detals say Error Code 81000314

Help, my Outlook wont even open after Service Pack 2 intall

I can't get into my Outlook, at all, after the Service Pack 2 intall. It starts to open, shows my identity and then nothing happens. I went through and verified my permissions but I still can't get it to open.

So i just woke up and logged in and im at this screen where it says that.. ( I have not even used my email to really send out any email more then 2 per day...)
Few weeks ago i got hacked and i posted on this forums for help but no one replied anyway i changed the password.. and today

I cant recover because the email i have used to attach it i created long long time ago and i dont know the username/password.. Please help

i can receive an Emails but when i am trying to send i am getting message (verify your account) and when i am trying to verify the email

they ask for mobile number but in uae is not supporting this service

can you advise what i have to do

How can I set up, that emails from a certain sender address will be directly stored in a subfolder? I receive around 50 emails a day, around 15 arrive from one, to keep the overview, I would like to install that emails from this sender will be directed to a subfolder - How can I set up this service?

When I try to send mail I get a notice Service Error 554. This is new. . I am using Windows 7. How do I send mail?

I cannot reset my hotmail account/password.
