I cannot access my hotmail. It says server is not available

This just happened today. I have gone to live email and signed in. It says servive is unavailabe. I cannot even get it on my Android. I had my service iyogi check my computer. It is not my computer. They say it is Microsoft. I called and they don't know what the problem is.

What is Error code 81000314

When I try to sign in I get the message "Signing in to Windows Live Messenger fialed because the service is temporarily unavailabe.  Please try again later.  The detals say Error Code 81000314
