unable to get to messages in Hotmail on desktop in windows 8 from inbox, drafts, junk, sent, delete. works okay from win8 the start screen just not in desktop. been that way for at least a week now. any suggestions will be appreciated. thanks
usually I can access deleted and junk boxes from hotmail screen-on left of screen.Both have disappeared .How do I retrieve them?

When I try to sign in to Windows Live Messenger, the list of friends appears on my screen as normal and then disappears immediately. I tried to download the latest version ( not sure if I already had it) but it says I already have Windows Live Messenger!

Dear Fellow Hotmail users
I have a problem which hopefully you can help with. My daughter seems to have accidentally corrupted the settings on her hotmail account so that everything on the account is in very large size, this makes it virtually impossible to navigate around the
screen, making the account virtually useless. Is there any way of changing the default font size / or restoring original settings of an account?

I've pushed every button in sight under options, checked help, and all sorts of other things. Is there a toggle in the lower right half of the keyboard that made it go micro it since that's where the cat's paws were? Thanks!
