How can I close my account?

I have recently transferred my Xbox Live Gamertag from Windows LIVE account A to Windows LIVE account B.

I want to delete account A, but receive this error message:

You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.

I tried to access the Billing section, but receive this error:

This Windows Live ID does not currently have a billing relationship with Microsoft.

Any help on how to close my account will be greatly appreciated.

Issues with Outlook after hard drive crash

Hard drive crashed. Migrated everything from laptop. Office wouldn't accept code even though I just bought in May. Spoke with someone at Microsoft and she said to download it instead of migrating.

Safari wasn't working. Finally got to Apple Store today and they reinstalled Safari so that I could access internet. Redownloaded Outlook and put in Key Code. Everything working except Outlook. Keeps saying it can't switch to that identity. Running Lion, not Mountain Lion.

Any ideas? It's been a week that I haven't been able to use this computer.

How can I directly access my old hotmail address?

I accidentally changed the email for my Microsoft Live account (when trying to update the alternate) and now can only access my old hotmail account through the new one (which does not allow me to send emails from this account using Outlook). It won't let me change the Microsoft account back to a hotmail account. Is there any way to do this or to get direct access to my original hotmail account? If I try to log into the old account, it says "that Microsoft account doesn't exist".

Also, will I continue to be able to receive email sent to the old hotmail account?

Proving my identity

My account was hacked on Aug 1. The hacker evidently changed the password, so I can't get in.
I filled out the online questionnaire as best I could. But Microsoft keeps rejecting the application.
I opened the account 12 years ago while living in the UK, I now live in Germany, and my memory is not perfect.
How can I persuade Microsoft that I am who I say I am?

I Deleted My Microsoft User Data Folder and Identities Folders in the Documents Folder. I Emptied the Trash too so they are gone and I do not have a backup. I Do Not Have a Backup but do not Need Anything as All Mail is on our Exchange Server. I just want Outlook to load so i can re-create my profile. I even uninstalled and re-installed Office 2011 but it did not recreate the folder structure in "Documents". When Outlook Loads it prompts for Identities to be selected but I cannot select one. Additionally I cannot rename or delete them. If I launch the Microsoft Repair Utility it does not show any Identities and freezes up. HELP!

I tried to send an email from Bike MS website. I clicked on hotmain it the email box on their page. When my HotMail email page came up it told me that my password was incorrect. I then followed te Microsoft steps to change my password. Now I cannot send or receive email from my HotMail account. Wht do I do?

I cannot link my new outlook.com account with Microsoft Outlook 2012. I have never experienced these problems with my hotmail account, I simply downloaded the connecor and completed the add account sub menu.

I have tried to add a new account, using my new outlook.com details, all to no avail!

Question about Outlook Express
