One might have thought that some straightforward method could be devised so that Microsoft could communicate with its users and that they could actually be in a position to respond easily.
I need to get a hold of a tech from Microsoft to recover a email account on Hotmail. I have tried all of the ways here and cannot find a solution. I have created a new account but cannot get into my old account at all. I changed the name and by mistake
typed it as J.......@hoymail.com and it is not recognized. I need to recover my original account, important information comes on it. Help. Is there a phone number I can call or What? How do i get a hold of a tech or HELP.????? I have put my new address

Hace poco entre a mi cuenta de Hotmail y me aparecio un recuadro donde me preguntaba mi usuario, para actualizar en Microsoft al escribir mi nombre en automatico me cambio mi usuario a otro y no puedo ver mis carpetas solo cambio los correos de la bandeja de entrada, hay alguna forma de recuperar mi usuario original y mis archivos de las carpetas??

This just happened today. I have gone to live email and signed in. It says servive is unavailabe. I cannot even get it on my Android. I had my service iyogi check my computer. It is not my computer. They say it is Microsoft. I called and they don't know
