I've read on the forum that it is not possible to sync a Microsoft Identity using Dropbox, but is it possible simply to back up a Microsoft Identity using Dropox, without syncing to another computer?
Hello. If there is another forum where this topic belongs, please advise in which it should be. I use 64-bit Win7. In Windows Live Mail program, Options>Advanced>Maintenance, there is a section for choosing to create a log for troubleshooting. Where does the log get put, and what size will it reach? I am actually interested in the log for News, not Mail, but I expect that they are both saved in the same place.Thanks.

After being forced to install the latest Windows Essential Live version it will run. It starts up and after a few seconds says it has stopped working. I have wasted hours on this trying all the fixes suggested in the forum but none of it works . CAN ANYONE

I am getting the error 0x80040609 and a error 0x80040605. The update has messed up my computer so I can't open my email. I can not afford to lose all my contacts and personal folders. Microsoft really screwed up this update.

I was blocked from my account because I was hacked and spam went out. I was immediately blocked! My alternate email address listed is one I have not had access to for years. I can't get my account unblocked. I have tried everything and I just get sent
around in circles always coming back to needing access to that old account. I can see on this forum that MANY people have this same issue. Please help me as you have helped others! I need help ASAP!

Unfortunately, I completed all the updates through the MS AutoUpdater one after another this past Thursday evening without getting any message warning me of any potential consequences vis a vis the problems presented in this forum. I have spent many hours
trying all of the methods that MS and others have posted related to installation of SP2, but have not seen any solutions related to the upgrade to 14.2.2. I get the same message from the MS Database Utility that it cannot rebuild my database. Any thoughts
on the best method to get back all my contacts, calendar, messages, etc. as quickly as possible? Should I uninstall Office for Mac 2011 altogether and then re-install? How do I go about uninstalling everything without losing my Outlook database??
Title says it all... is this the forum? I am a very... long time user of Office. Wayback to the non-GUI days of MS-DOS. I finally made the switch to Mac and OS X. I have seen tons of little things that just don't work quite right in the Mac version of
Office. These are not nits, they are bugs. Where do I report them? Here?
