Hi

I have a BT internet.com address but have set this up in Outlook . Although it is not under the top Inbox(Personal Folders)  it shows up underneath in an additional Inbox.  However, in BTYahoo mail I had several folders of saved emails that I would like to be able to use in Outlook.  These do not exist in Outlook at the moment. Is there a way of transferring them over please?

Thank you for any help.

Hi

I have recently redirected my personal folders from my C: drive to my D: drive by following v.laurie's tutorial.

This involves going to the ''Properties'' dialogue of a folder and selecting 'Move''.

However in skydrive there is no ''Move'' tab, has anyone any ideas to help me redirect these files using a symbolic link ?

For the past 2 weeks, when I try sending out an email, instead of going out it goes into the Outbox of my Personal Folder. I then have to go into that folder, open the email and hit send again. to get it out.  Comcast cannot help me, and the place I go to for IT support insists it is a setting in Outlook for which they cannot help. They insist I have all Microsoft updates and have no virus.  Can anyone give me an idea of what the problem is? This just started about 2 weeks ago.    It was been suggested that I inactivate/delete  my Personal Folders, but I am afraid to do that since I have no idea what will happen to the email I am trying to get out.  HELP

  I use Windows 7 and Outlook 2010
how to move a folder from Outlook.com to my personal folders on desktop

Recently I was using my computer for functions other than email and suddenly the migration to Outlook.com auto started and during the process;

1.  My contacts were moved successfully.

2.  However, all of my emails stored in personal folders on my computer disappeared but all of the folder names remain in MSN Explorer just no detail.  Over in Outlook.com none of the detail is visable and none of the folders were moved over.

This is a serious problem for me since I have/had a lot of historical and personal information stored there.

Can you tell me were they all went or where they are stored on my computer?

3. Also I wanted finish what I assume was supposed to be a totally automatic conversion and set Outlook.com as my primary email source but have been hesitant until the above issues are resolved. Is there a process for this. I am a long time MSN Premium subscriber.

4. Once Outlook.com was activated, MSN Mail no longer allows any email to be sent and if it is attempted, the application will abend.

I look forward to resolving these issues.

I was looking at SkyDrive Groups and noticed the storage limitation.

Now it is really annoying that there is a limit of 1GB, but that is not my question. I wonder how this is even calculated. I mean I have my personal folders on SkyDrive that I can select to share with my group. Does that mean they stop counting on my storage or ... ?

So What is counted and what is not. Does it matter who added it or where it came from. Are emails counted too towards the storage limit or not.

Just trying to understand how it is even possible to separate the storage that I bought and paid for on my account and that of the group which by the looks of it is stored in the same place :-)

Looking forward to a good explanation.

Personal folders created in Hotmail account are missing in Outloo, along with lots of very important content. All folders are of course showing. I did not delete any folders at any time. Hope you can help me find it Again!
I woke up this morning to find my hotmail account had all empty folders (including sent and deleted). I also noticed the personal folders I created completely disappeared with all the contents. My contact list is still there. I have a second hotmail account for business and that account is fine. Does anyone have any suggestions about why this happened and how to recover the e-mails that are now missing? Thank you.
