I’m trying to import an Outlook 2007 PST file from a PC into a Mac running Office for Mac 2011. The process takes a while and then reports “Outlook has finished importing your data” but all I get are empty folders. None of the emails are imported but the folder structure is correctly imported. The PST file works perfectly within Outlook 2007. The PST file is 5Gb.

Hi, I'm trying to upload a video from my iPad and all skydrive comes up with 'Sorry, Skydrive cannot upload files or empty folders, please try again.'
This happens on ALL my videos.
The videos are.mov
Anyone know why this is happening or a resolution to this?

I uploaded a lot of files to Skydrive several days ago. My older laptop crashed. I purchased an external drive to upload files. All the folders and the contents were available in Skydrive. After, purchasing a new laptop, I began downloading my files
to the new one. I then moved the files from my Skydrive folder to My Documents folder. Today, I logged on to do some work and all of my folders were empty. Documents and files that were not in folders, remain. What happened to ALL of my work? I have a
backup for most of the work, but all other items recently created are no longer available. I located many of my documents in the Recycle bin within Skydrive; however, I did not Recycle anything in Skydrive. I selected all and clicked "Restore." ~ no luck.
I received a message at first to Keep both - yes. Nothing added. I tried again, and now I receive the message that: Items may have been deleted, or I do not have permission...... I am the owner. What's happening? Please help me to restore my documents.
So disgusted! Not new to this type of technology.
I woke up this morning to find my hotmail account had all empty folders (including sent and deleted). I also noticed the personal folders I created completely disappeared with all the contents. My contact list is still there. I have a second hotmail account
for business and that account is fine. Does anyone have any suggestions about why this happened and how to recover the e-mails that are now missing? Thank you.
I CANNOT EMPTY FOLDERS FOR JUNK OR DELETED ON MY OUTLOOK ACCOUNT. HOW DO I CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT
I have just updated my mac book pro with the latest update and now when I go into outlook it tells me I have messages in my inbox and in my folders but all I see is a blank screen.
and a number of the folders are now empty please can you advise me what to do
