I am in desperate need of support because my email was hacked on Friday, December 21, 2012 . I cannot reset my account because I don't remember the telephone number associated with my account. The email which was compromised is **Remove for privacy**. Please help me because I am so worried about the access that the hacker has to account. All of my statements, bills and information comes through that email. Thank you.
Date: December 13, 2012. I get the above mentioned error when my Motorola Bravo cell phone checks for new emails. No settings have been changed and it was working a few days ago.

This morning (Nov. 15, 2012) I had 21 updates from MS. I did the updates and said RESTART. It did not restart but turned off. After I got it running again, I opened Windows Live Mail. An email that I had deleted was back in my inbox saying I could not
view it. Fine. I deleted it again. My junkmail file, from which I had deleted four emails had the same four emails back again. I tried to delete them and got a message "An unknown error has occured". How can I delete the junk email?
I am not able to open any emails. I can get to my inbox but when I click on unread or read emails, they will not open. Problem starting happening Nov 2, 2012. I notice on the left side list of options that MSNmessenger is trying to connect but it never
establishes a connection. I thought that is what may be keeping from opening emails.
