How do I access and download all my emails left on the Hotmail server? (FYI - we have 2 computers, an HP and a Dell. I normally work on the HP, but right now it will not power-on and is being sent in for repair. So I am writing this from the Dell, and I need to perform this process using the Dell. About a moth ago I started having a problem sending or receiving emails from my PC or IPhone from anyone that was using an MSN.COM email address. The email goes into my sent folder as if it was sent but it is never recived by the party on the other end and I do not receive emails from them. My Iphone OS is 7.03 and my hotmail server is bay-m.hotmail.com and the Domain says optional.
I would be willing to upgrade the account to an MSN or Outlook account if that resolves the problem.

i recently set up my hotmail on the apple mail program for my macbook air. i didn't realize that it defaulted to POP email set up. anyways, all the emails were downloaded onto the macbook air and deleted from the server. this causes a problem since
i access my emails from multiple computers and mobile devices. so my question is, how do i get the emails that are sitting on my macbook air transferred to the hotmail server?
I have no connection to my Hotmail Server via Windows Live Mail 2011. I get failure code 5102. How can I solve this problem?

I have a hotmail account with pop ENABLED + "Don't let devices or apps delete messages from Outlook. If the app or device is set to delete, Outlook will move the messages to a special POP folder instead".
I have installed Outlook 2013, and my pop3 hotmail account is working and correctly configured in Outlook 2013. I want to download all the emails from the hotmail server to Outlook 2013, so they are in Outlook 2013 on my computer in the relevant folders, I will then delete them manually off the server. How do I get Outlook 2013 to download all the emails, and folders off the server into Outlook 2013?

the upgrade and it won't let me limit how many emails are on my iphone, thus it's downloading every single email. I tried setting it up via the outlook and the exchange options but whenever I delete an email from the iphone it deletes it from the server.
I just want to be able to delete an email from my iphone and keep it on the server so that I can refer to it when I log in via my computer. I have seen that perhaps IMAP would solve this. However, I am having trouble getting the correct incoming mail server
address. Long question but any help would be greatly appreciated!

We use this server (ciro-home.net) from a friend in US, to share messages among university colleagues since many years.
Recently I'm receiving the message below as my e-mails are not delivered.
it seems that "hotmail server" is not finding the server in US anymore.
I still receive the messages from my friends but my messages are not going out to them.
Can you help me?.

Hi,
I am working for a company that sent marketing emails campaign.
We have delivery issues specially for one of our customer on hotmail domain. When testing email campaign, we do not receive the email in our hotmail test account. Nor in the inbox nor in the spam folder.
In our MTA server log, we can see that the message was delivered to hotmail server ! Where are our emails ?
We already support every recommendations to allow good email delivery (Sender-ID, DKIM,...). We also check SNDS IP status and it is bad ! How can we check the real reason of undeliverability of our messages ?
Is there any other stuffs that we could use to find the problem we have with hotmail ?
We sent also other campaign with other IP and servers and we do not have any problems with them !
