when i write my co-worker an email, regardless of whether i've intentionally bolded any text or not, all of the text is all bold when she open it. it seems to only be happening to her, and does not happen vice versa (her emails to me are fine). any ideas what is causing this? this just started happening, even though we've been using outlook for some time. thanks.
For some reason a number of my yahoo.com email is not on my Outlook for Mac, but is on the yahoo server, my iPad and iPhone.

Is there a way to "refresh" the email data back down to Outlook without deleting the account from Outlook?

If not, what are the steps to delete the yahoo account from Outlook and then add the account back on with out accidentally deleting email from the yahoo sever?

As always - Many thanks!
Outlook 2011 shuts down with above message.  Diane of Oregon answered similar question in July but I can't make a new identity.  Shawn B? could help? Hope I can get your email since OUtlook not functioning!
I am using Outlook for mac 2011 and I want to compose an html email that includes some specific links I would like to insert using html code, however I can't figure out how to see the raw code in the email.  Can you help?
Can the 2011 Outlook for Mac have hyperlinks on pictures as opposed to text?  With businesses linking to social media suck as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc, it's a necessary tool!!  Come on Microsoft!!
OK next issue on my list....

All of my users report getting the Your password has expired notification with the exclamation in the bottom right corner of Outlook. This is not in sync at all with Active Directory. Some users get it on a daily basis even right after changing their password.

Where does Outlook pull this information from?
I recently got a new Mac.  Transferred everything across from my old one.  However, Outlook has constantly crashed since.  I rebuilt the identity but it still crashes whenever I try to forward emails or use a signature.  I did try creating a new signature but it crashed again!

I'm not hugely technically savy so basic help would be SO appreciated.
I am using Outlook for Mac and I have a problem with signatures.  Sometimes when I am replying to, or forwarding an email, my signature will change font size and font type.  Any ideas?
I recently upgraded work computers from a Windows to Mac Pro Retina.  I bought Outlook 2011 for Mac, and setup all of the same e-mail addresses that had been on my Windows Outlook.  However, I am missing a few older e-mails.  I have a couple from the pas few years, but there should be many, many more.  Recent e-mails are fine.

These are all on my Windows outlook, but didn't not sync with my Mac.  I did not import anything from my outlook, I simply setup the addresses.  First, is this because these e-mails were possibly archived or for a different reason?  And second, what do I need to do to move these old e-mails over?  I've read about importing a .pst (?) file from windows to mac, however I am concerned that this would cause recently sent e-mails to disappear.  So what is the best way to move these older e-mails over?

How can I constantly sync Outlook 2011 for Mac contacts and calendar between two Macs and my Motorola phone using Gmail?  I am one person and do not have Exchange Server.  My phone is my main device.  The MacBook and IMac are at different locations.  I need constant syncing everywhere.

I also find it interesting that Office 2011 is not a set category by Microsoft in the Version drop down box.  Jeez.

1.  Will the new Windows Phone by Lumia overcome this?
2.  I have an Outlook email account.  If I change exclusively to this, will it allow constant and immediate synchronization?  Or is the IMAP protocol always going to be the issue?
3.  Why isn't there an "Exchange Server" type of workaround for individuals via the cloud or locally stored??
