How do I write an email today but have it delivered to recipient several days later after the message is finished?

I would like to compose a message today but would not want the message to be delivered until after the holidays.

How do I see html code when compsing an email in Outlook 2011 for mac?

I am using Outlook for mac 2011 and I want to compose an html email that includes some specific links I would like to insert using html code, however I can't figure out how to see the raw code in the email.  Can you help?

I created a new group and deleted some old groups. The change doesn’t show when you compose an email by clicking "To" and "Categories". How to fix?

I went into manage groups and added a new group with contacts and deleted some unused groups. When I try to compose a new email, the change doesn't show up in the categories area when you click "To". Only the groups that existed before I added/deleted are showing up. How to fix?

I can’t browse the inbox in hotmail without it switching to "compose" mode-why is that?

When I go to the hotmail inbox, the inbox list seems unstable. I quickly switches me to a "compose" mode which was never chosen. How can I have this stop ?

Default font is not used in outgoing mail.

In WLM my compose mail default font is Gerogia 11 pt.  When I type I get Georgia 10.  Can I correct this?
