My original e-mail acc. was blocked a few days ago and I had to set up a new one as I was unable to get it unblocked. I need to get it unblocked as

I also used it for my business and all my stationary,business cards, advertising etc. has that e-mail on them.I called microsoft and was not able to have this problem resolved. I am not very computer savy so I don't understand what to do about this.Need help! Thank You!

entering phone numbers in People

Hello.  I have hotmail and it now uses People for the contacts list.  However, the phone numbers don't seem to have carried over.  Also, when I enter a new contact, there's a "phone" designation but no box to enter the phone number and no apparent functionality.  How can I solve these 2 problems?  I'm not a technically savy person.  Thanks.

Outlook 2011 on Macbook pro 10.8.1 crashing

I recently got a new Mac.  Transferred everything across from my old one.  However, Outlook has constantly crashed since.  I rebuilt the identity but it still crashes whenever I try to forward emails or use a signature.  I did try creating a new signature but it crashed again!

I'm not hugely technically savy so basic help would be SO appreciated.

How can I recover lost emails in ‘sent’ folder? Only between Feb and May 2011 are missing

For some resaon, most of my 'sent' emails are missing from the 'sent' folder.

I cannot recover any of the missing emails anywhere, so I was wondering if Hotmail had copies on their servers???

Can anyone lead me in the right direction. I am not sure if I deleted these. I cannot see why I would they are important.

I am not very computer savy.
