I HAVE THE NEW VERSION OF LIVE MESSENGER, AND MY VIDEO CALL CONVERSATION I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT WITH FAMILY IN BRASIL, IT GOVE ME A MESSAGE THAT THEIR CAMERA OR VIDEO IS NOT INSTALLED OR CONNECTED, AND IT IS NOT TRUE THEY HAVE IT ALL CONNECTED AND
WORKING PERFECT. WHEN I HAD THE INSTANT MESSENGER SERVICE, WE USE TO TALI ON VIDEO CONVERSATION ONCE A MONTH AND WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE PLEASE?
When trying to access Windows Live Messenger, the following appears. In order to gain access the newer version must be installed in order to continue, I have tried to install it and have been unsuccessful. Thanks for your help

instant messager is not working properly, i can send a response to an im but it is not received. when i type the response it is in the color and font I had set up but when i hit send it changes the color and font and automatically the person i am sending to appears offliine. I contacted that person but they were sitll signed in and did not receive my IM. this has happened several times today. a couple of days ago i think i was exposed to a virus.
running windows 7 with a logitech webcam, software up to date on the webcam...in messenger chat box i have no video call option, only voice call option but, video set up shows all is working fine. how do i fix this ??? video calling worked fine in a previous
version of messenger.
I use long time Messenger (WLM 2009) in WinXP and now I buy new notebook with Win7 and WLM 2011. I cannot entry the new WLM, even I control my login and password in Windows Live server. In the same time I can entry the old version but not the new!!!

My messnger only notifies me of the 1st email I recieve then the others come in without any further sound notification. I then have to exit and sign in to get another notification
How can I only save the ID without my password on windows live messenger ? just like older versions of messenger!!!! I don't want to save my password because this computer is sometimes shared with other persons.
