In the Windows version, there is a very handy option when viewing a meeting appointment in Outlook.  With one click of a Ribbon button, you could send all the meeting header information to OneNote on a new page in a OneNote section you specify.    I can't find this feature in the Mac version of Outlook.   Any help?

i can not figure out how to remove messages from my main server.  in my old windows version of outlook, it had a box to check to remove from the server.  i can not find that option in office for mac 2011.  does anyone know where this is located?

Hi,

I am new for mac outlook 2011. In Windows version of outlook, I can set reading all mail in plain text. I just wondering that can I do the same thing in

mac outlook 2011.

Thanks

On my windows version of outlook, i could export to a pst.  I would export my entire email (inbox, sent, deleted...) by doing this and i would not create duplicates by selecting this choice.  Therefore, my back up file would increase in size the more i added to it but it would maintain the one file.  How can i accomplish this on the mac version of outlook.  It seems i would i have to drag each email off the server now to the corresponding folder  on "on my computer".  Before, with a few key strokes, i added the most current emails i wanted off the server to the pst file that already contained my previous export(s).  Sorry if confusing.  Please help.

Hello - I just switched to Outlook 2011 for MAC and I'm looking for the function I used a LOT in windows version which was the "flag for followup" there was an option in a new email to flag it and set a reminder date before sending the message.  I see the follow up flag on the main inbox view but inside a new message there is no option - am I missing it?   Seems really dumb to have to go into my sent items each time I send an email and set it to remind me!

Please help!

when i open the messenger it open in 2 windows version 14.0.8117.416
I downloaded a pst file from my windows version.  However, I want to use one calendar.  Although I can access the pst calendar where I have most of my appointments, every time I add an appointment it goes to the other calendar file.

Thanks
So my Macbook SSD is filling up quite fast.
Outlook main identity is currently consuming 7GB and i need to preserve as much space as possible.

Is there a data clean up or compression tool for the main identity folder like there was on the windows version ??
At what point will outlook start to slow down due to a large main identity folder ? or does it not have the same issues as the windows version does with all the information being stored in a single data file ?

Alternatively, there is 3.7G in the "message attachments" folder, can this folder be deleted occasionally or is this where outlook actually stores all the attachments that are downloaded within the emails themselves ?
