Hello - I just switched to Outlook 2011 for MAC and I'm looking for the function I used a LOT in windows version which was the "flag for followup" there was an option in a new email to flag it and set a reminder date before sending the message.  I see the follow up flag on the main inbox view but inside a new message there is no option - am I missing it?   Seems really dumb to have to go into my sent items each time I send an email and set it to remind me!

Please help!

I tried (& failed) to send a message with many attachments. I deleted the message, but the outbox still show 1 message (no message showing). I receive message "An unknown error occurred" every time send/receive occurs. How do I get rid of? I have called Geek Squad and Comcast and they could not solve. I use G-mail, not comcast e-address.

However logged onto hotmail and it appears to be  working fine? Concerned how 'hacker' got my mobile number. I am confused as I have a hotmail not MSN account.

I have called the Hotmail help line and they advised me not to respond to the message, and to log it on here.

Any recommendations you have would be appreciated

If I forwarded a message from you even if I cut out the address, why is the original message with all addresses forwarded.  How do I stop this from happening.  If I blind copy, I have no desire to show where the message may have originated.  I do not want to forward and email from you with your name and title on it.
Just can't access Hotmail at all this afternoon. The message is that there is a problem with hotmail at the moment. Everything else is working fine.
Yesterday I signed into my Live.com account and it came up with a page asking if I wanted to sign in from an http website every time I signed into that account. The message explained that using an http site address would make it safer for me to access the account, so I clicked on 'Use http every time I sign in' or something along those lines. Now when I sign in I can see my usual Inbox homepage but it's formatted badly and I can't open any emails or click on any folders. Nothing works apart from Account/Options under my 'Messenger' tab and there is no option there to change my settings back to using non-http websites. What do I do?! I really need to get to my e-mails!!
I can't receive email in Windows Live as i get the above message.  This has been happening since early this morning although i can get my email by logging in directly to hotmail directly thru my browser.  Again, the message is:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (gha******) account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

Please advise what i should do at this point.

I was sending an email and suddenly the hotmail froze. It appeared the message was not sent. I want it back. Where did my email go.

Please retrieve and send it to the receipients or return it in my inbox.or draft folder.

Thank you.

Operating from a Mac using Firefox, Email frequently wont load, I receive the message above. Have deleted temporary internet files and cache, and tried using Safari instead of Firefox, but still no improvement. Any ideas....
