It is taking forever for some emails to pull up from my draft folder.

Then when they pull up, I copy something but when I goo to paste it somewhere else, the whole system goes down.

This has been going on for days.

Why the sudden slow response?

Why can't you copy and paste?

Why can't you live chat with Windows Live Mail technicians about fixing this.

This is like Facebook.  You just complain over and over and maybe it gets fixed and maybe it doesn't but no one gets back to you.  There's no way of knowing if they are even working on the problem.  It's been going on for 3 days already.

Draft Disappeared

I have had a draft running in Hotmail for weeks and been adding and saving it regularly, it disappeared from my draft folder tonight and has not reappeared in any other folder. How do I get the information back as it is urgent that it is restored. 

How do I recover a lost draft email message ? Outbox messages disappear and are not stored anywhere !

Hello,

 

I've accidentally deleted an important message I was working on in my Draft folder using Hotmail/Outlook on Iphone 4s. It is not showing up in the Deleted Items folder. Is there any way I can recover it?
 

Since today morning I've face several problems with sending emails it gets stuck in the outbox untill and suddenly disappears and are neither stored in the deleted items folder or back in the drafts folder! Believe me i've checked even the restoring email function to get deleted emails back but it's not there and also tried to remove my hotmail and restart the iphone and configurate it all over again but nothing could be found! and i've send several emails that have disappeared afterwards too ! Somehow it doens't synch or gotta be something with the server. every email slows down and gets stuck in the outbox for ages!

 

I was just teasing my boyfriend and send him some email and conversations but he never got them and i can't find those emails anyware!!!!

 

Please help me with this issue! I'd more than glad and thankful if you could answer me in a private thread !

I can't open a message in my draft folder. It only happens with one particular message. It says: "Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request." Help! This is a long message with a lot of info and I need to access it.

Urgent! Lost one year worth of diary in draft folder

Dear support:

I'm desperate, for my almost one year worth of diary saved as draft mysteriously disappeared (as of about 1:30PM China time on August 15, after checking the history), I wasn't aware of it until after 22 hours later.

I've tried everything possible, all things I knew and learned from online, but nothing helped. I have no idea what happened, I am positive no hacking in the picture. That was the only file I was editing when this happened. I didn't manually do delete, I don't know what happened.

Please no need to list anything typical such as "deleted folder recovery", since it doesn't apply to my situation.

I'm writing just to see if it is ever possible that you could help me dig out the lost email on your server, anything that you might be able to do to help. This diary means so much to me, it just kills me inside knowing it is gone without a trace. Please help, if you can, to get it back!!!

Thanks a million in advance for your kindness. I wish I were a FBI staff now :(


cannot send more that 1 email out without getting

My email is limited to 1 if I send out a second one its moved to my draft folder. I get a message that to increase my limit enter a cell phone number a code will be sent, I don't have a cell phone and it gives no other options to fix this problem.

Where did my email message go? It was not sent.

I was sending an email and suddenly the hotmail froze. It appeared the message was not sent. I want it back. Where did my email go.

Please retrieve and send it to the receipients or return it in my inbox.or draft folder.

New Drafts keep starting by themselves. How can I stop this happening?

If you start writing an email to send but have to stop half way for some reason it gets saves as a draft which you can go back to later. My draft folder keeps adding new drafts which I haven't started. It happens a couple of times a day. Deleting them gets rid of them but does not stop new drafts appearing. It happens even if I don't go into the drafts folder.

Dear Microsoft, 

There was a outlook issue with me.I'm using office 2011 for Mac.
When I want to sent a mail with large attachment (>5M), the mail will push into my draft folder automatically.I'm using exchange account, but I'm sure that was no issue with exchange server.Because I can sent the mail with large attachment by outlook 2010 in win 7.
So, I need your help.

Just recently all my emails that I send are staying in the outbox.  I called MSN tech support and got a robot who told me to drag them to my draft folder? Hmm couldn't get that to work.  Receiving just fine.  This is a new issue as of yesterday.  I checked outlook express (I do not use it or hotmail) Hotmail shows on my MSN homepage, but I never use the account.  Never have used anyone but MSN for service.
