When I try to sign in to my Outlook.com account from the MSN homepage, I receive an error message:  "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now.  Please try again later."   I have been getting this message for two weeks..   Please help.
I have the Microsoft office suite on my lap top which has Outllook. When I log in to outlook.com on my msn  homepage and use my calendar it flips my alerts to the office suite, so I'm not getting my alerts thet are going into the office suite version  instead of my msn outlook email. How do I stop this????

My msn page has changed. The topsearch bar is there but now includes a orange box with a white p in it. The same with the next box that tells you where you are at. Those boxes work and the my favorites star works, but below that is a blank screen until I go to a page I want to go to. I can do a google or bing to my msn and it gives me something to click on (www.my.msn) and it takes me there. If I go some where from my msn page and then close it out, it takes me to the new blank msn page not my msn page. I went and activated Bing and now on the blank page I have a Bing bar and I can click on icons and a little window drops down, like the news icon and and I can click on a story.

Is this what everybody has now?

Thank you,

Bill

When I turn on my computer and go into Internet Explorer I am automatically connected to my MSN homepage.  I then scroll down to hotmail and click on it to pick up my messages.  I used to be automatically connected and would go directly to my message inbox.  As of today, I am being asked to sign in every time I try to access my inbox.  Any suggestions?

On my MSN homepage, the "Hotmail " cell is there but the e mails are not automatically displayed. Shows "Loading". I can click on "Hotmail" to open hotmail and the messages are there and OK.

I just reloaded my computer for another reason and the problem is still there.  I  have had the  problem continiously for about a month

Any thoughts ?

Windows 7

IE 9

The visual pattern of my inbox has changed and I don't like it. I now have to scroll down to see my inbox list and it does'nt look the same as before. Previously when I clicked on hotmail on the msn homepage the inbox came up without the need to scroll down, also the visual format was familiar to me. As far as I know I have done nothing to change things so what do I do to restore the original format?

Just recently all my emails that I send are staying in the outbox.  I called MSN tech support and got a robot who told me to drag them to my draft folder? Hmm couldn't get that to work.  Receiving just fine.  This is a new issue as of yesterday.  I checked outlook express (I do not use it or hotmail) Hotmail shows on my MSN homepage, but I never use the account.  Never have used anyone but MSN for service.

Thanks,

Roger Kent
