My old windows mail program retrieves the email from the host, after which they are not longer available from the host webmail. How/can I change windows mail (windows 8) so that this does not happen, so that I can load email to windows mail and it will stay with host, so I can still retrieve from my iPhone?

Is it possible?

I am having issues receiving emails to my non-primary alias on my mobile devices (Samsung S4 smartphone and Galaxy Note).  The issue began Monday night 11/4.  Prior to that I was not having any problems.  All emails (to my primary & non-primary alias) are coming through fine to my laptop.  The issue is only with my non-primary alias on both mobile devices.  Emails to my primary alias are coming to both of my mobile devices without issue.  I am using the outlook.com app on both mobile devices, so assuming the issue is with the app?  When I access http://m.mail.live.com to check email from my mobile device, all works fine.   Did something change with the outlook.com app in the last few days?

I just today signed up for outlook.com to host 3 accounts with my domain name. I was having testing the email accounts using a desktop computer and two mobile devices. At some point I got emails from outlook indicating suspicious activity in a couple of the accounts, requesting that I verify the accounts. When I tried to verify the accounts, I got messages saying that outlook could not send an SMS message.

Is there a way to pay for these accounts so that the sending limits are relaxed? I was going to pay for hotmail plus but there's really no indication anywhere that this would solve my problem. It's not that I send a lot of messages, but for now I can't unblock one of the accounts. how can I reliably verify the accounts also be able to test our various devices without running into this issue?

Is there any specific information posted anywhere so that I can follow the "rules" without getting surprised by getting the accounts blocked?

Thanks in advance for your info.
Is there a way to share my contact lists between my three computers running Outlook in Windows 8 (new laptop) and Windows XP pro and my mobile devices ( iPhone and ipad).  My primary email address is not my outlook address.  I know the answer is out there!

Original Title: email servers serving India

Apparently, messages from India to hotmail from mobile devices are not coming thru.

I have my emails categorized into folders, but with my mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) all of the folders appear to be empty therefore making my email useless. Is this a known error or something that will be fixed soon? The folders show up but the contents don't unless I'm on a PC...
