Messaging appears to want to use my login account (which is fine because that is also my Messenger  account) but I am not visible to anyone a, I can't change from the Not Connected status, and it says, " we can't send a message at the moment"..

    Any ideas anyone?

Error message while trying to access msn from my mobil device.

    07. September 2012 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: error message, mobil, Msn, phone, Security Error, Untrusted, Untrusted Server, Verizon, windows live account

Recently when trying to access my msn, hotmail, or windows live account from my verizon phone (blackberry thing called a caper) I receive an error message saying Security Error: Untrusted Server Certificate.   Hours on the phone with verizon and msn.  No one seems to know why it is happening other than someone hacked my account.   Did the password change.  Nothing.  Then it started working again.  Today right back to frustration time again.  Any suggestions and or help from anyone out there?   This is driving me nuts.

    Many thanks,

    Roger Kent

Also, never any issues accessing my account from any computer.  Just from my mobile phone.

I've been getting email from someone that claims if I don't provide my full name, user name, date of birth, password and country I live in, hotmail will cancel my account.  Is this legit or some type of hack job?

Help! My screen and font resolution is tiny. This only affects my inbox settings in my Windows Live account. It affects how I view my emails and also for me to send emails. How do I get this resolved?

I have two Windows Live accounts. (A) I want to close one, but I cannot. What to do? (B) Can I advise all my Contacts in my new Hotmail account of my new preferred email address in one easy mailing?

    27. June 2012 · Write a comment · Categories: livemail · Tags: cannot, hotmail, mail, mailing, task, windows live account, Yahoo

I have had a Windows Live account for many years using my Yahoo mail address as the ID. Today, I decided to shift to Hotmail, and I created a new Hotmail account to which I exported all my Yahoo mail contacts. In so doing, I created a second Windows Live account, which uses my Hotmail address as the ID. However, when I tried to close the old account, I was unable to complete the task. This gives rise to question (A).

As to question (B), I remember when I opened my Yahoo account years ago, I utilized an option offerred by Yahoo to advise each of my contacts of my new Yahoo address and to request that they use it from then on. I don't see a similar option in my new Hotmail account. It would be quite laborious to have to advise each Contact  of my new preferred address individually. Is there a way to avoid this?

Is that a hack or real ?
